He’d fit right in here then.
Or

However, his role in midfield of pressing, winning balls and driving forward have been unparalleled and Milan always struggled when he was not on the pitch. Moreover, he scored at key moments and has lots of room for development.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

A young box to box midfielder who can cover the ground well, great age with potential to improve,
He's exactly what we need.
Getting him and nzonzi shores up and at the same time adds energy to the weakest area of our current team.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

January is tough when you wont spend anything, If we dont we'll more than likely go down, Waiting till the last day or so of the window to see who we can have on loan is unacceptable and simply another sign of negligence. Unsure why people keep buying into this narrative of its hard in jan, there ar...

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

As nice as mars bars are they wont keep you in the premiership. :) We are a haller injury away from real panic stations, Young, pacy forward who scores goals isint going to be a problem getting into our team. Bowen is exactly the type we need as its a no lose scenario, he'll more than hold his value...

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

What percentage of Bowen's transfer figure do you think Samuelson's sale would cover? I'm gonna say it'd be under 5%. Your completely missing the point, Even without samuelson this is the type of player we need, young hungry and scores goals, the guy is in the championship and has 1 year left, the ...

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Bowen has a year left on his deal, leeds are sniffing around. If we cant beat leeds for a bloke with 1 year left on his deal we might as well turn out the lights.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Why on earth did we not offer samuelson plus cash for bowen??
Bloke doesnt have too long left on his deal and surely would have been interested, evwn works from the perspective we go down as he would be as hes been this season in the championship lethal.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Needed a all action combative physical cm for years now, pretty much a musnt lose game saturday and another big game on Wednesday.
Utter negligence to not have a top draw midfielder in first week of jan.
Kessie is even on the transfer list for gods sake.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

We're clearly not going to bring in the elusive athletic midfielder we need and have needed for years. Everton is pretty much a must win game and we've done nothing to improve this very unbalanced squad, And we have to put up with jack wilshere hiding in a machine, only downside is it wasnt on a fas...

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Surely a bigger question is why fernandes? We need a hit the ground running midfielder like a kessie sangare, Berge, its too risky to bring in a young kid who moyes has said is one for the future, we are deep in trouble and need players who will positively impact the team now, But he's a loan with a...

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

We were more than comfortable up until the error, Anderson has a wonderful chance, haller had a few chances, lanzini has to square it, all this without tbe ridiculous var decision before that martin had 1 save to make. As its been said the biggest issue Is 10th day of the window and no sign of the a...

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

People just dont seem to grasp the reality of the state we are in 16th with some very tough games yet to play. Lets say we keep getting overrun centrally and go down, everyone will scream why didnt we get some legs in jan. Why on earth bring in a clone of what we already have in midfield how is that...

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Baffled how this narrative of "were not ready" is gaining so much traction, not ready for some long overdue energy injected into one of the oldest slowest midfields in the league? beggars belief that so many forget the huge amount of times we simply get overun centrally. We are an established premie...

Joe allen..javier manquillo...
As per steinberg, fernandez looking increasing unlikely,
Mad that a delegation including sullivans son seemingly cant get the deal done.
Exciting and professional times.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

We are 16th in the league with a midfield consisting of sanchez, noble, snodgrass, wilshere, yarmalenko And we binned off obiang, we need 2 fit athletic midfielders we cannot keep neglecting this as we simply will go down. Imagine us trying to keep pace with leeds last night, we would have lasted 10...

Re: FA Cup 3rd Round Matches

Leeds are everything we are not,
To think some people would be happy with a midfield consisting of noble, snodgrass and joe Allen...
Wouldnt last 15 minutes.

No point in debating the point with someobe who states snodgrass has been superb, i guess we want different things from a football team.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

We need to improve our first 11, 16th in the league confirms that, when you bring players in they should always be players to improve your first team.
Now is the time we have to improve on a severely weak position in our team not bring in a squad filler.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

The issue isint joe allen as a person its what he represents as a footballer,
We need the opposite, you cant go forward as a club with snodgrass, noble, sanchez, wilshere, allen.
If we saw that as a opositions midfield options we would rightly say we can overun it easily.
