Re: West Ham United v Aston Villa: match thread (17.03.24)
In all the VAR uproar, I’d like to draw attention to the inconsistency of the refereeing. If Mav gets a yellow for throwing the ball, why not their guy?

Sky sports news showing their usual dislike for us this morning.
Covered all the other games in Europe yesterday showing the goals.
Guess which game they didn’t show

Re: UEFA Europa League 2023-24
The balls are being heated up for Liverpool to avoid Bayern until the final.
Benfica, Marseille would be good. AC would be a great night at our place likewise Roma.
The only team that should worry us is Liverpool. Avoid until the final if we make it. So we all know what is going to happen

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
What’s mental is interpreting the drubbing of the weakest team left in the tournament after losing to them by playing as if they were Manchester City in the first leg. It’s not rocket science. They are not the weakness team. Qarabag, Slavia Prague, Sparta Prague are weaker than this lot. They are o...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
Wasn’t even our best game and in the first half the set up wasn’t great.
But Moyes has delivered yet again a European quarter final. And some people want him out still
We are fighting for European place again in the league. Getting results in Europe
Give him that contract

3rd season in a row and we are in a European quarter final and yet people still want Moyes out.
Madness from our so called fans. Winning games is far more important and it is what Moyes does

Re: The Sunak Government 2022-
Lee Anderson is just another Tory jumping the ship. With what he said about Saqid Khan and the doubling down he was never going to get the whip back. However all the polls prior to him saying that had him losing the seat. He knows that so he said what he said, reports have it that he took a large su...

This game is so typical West Ham. Getting turned over by the bottom of the league. At least Moyes understands the culture at West Ham

You can definitely see a GE is due as in Havering as Rosindell has suddenly perked into life appearing everywhere...same old from him. Does the bare minimum for 90% of his term, signs off on public sector cuts, wants war with Spain over Gibraltar, and drivel like that then suddenly springs into lif...

Makes a difference having a decent ref
In the league the ref would have bottled that for VAR to give it

Re: The Sunak Government 2022-
Yeah the system is unfair. What I was getting at is the odd situation where the top 10% don't see themselves as high income. How are we ever going to get people to see fairness if they don't recognise their own place in the unfairness. reminds me of this guy who was stating that earning 80k a year ...
