Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

No subs until the 83rd minute … Jesus christ man. Who on our bench could we bring on to make a difference? We don't have a Frimpong or Boniface because our **** of an owner choose not to invest. Hardly Moyes fault. I'd direct your ire towards the boardroom...that's the cancerous root of all the pro...

Instead, we've had to suffer watching the manager have no choice but to wring every last drop...

Re: West Ham Utd v Bayer Leverkusen: match thread (2nd leg)

Cornet is a good player. He has pace, creativity and so on. Unfortunately, he's never used. We play all or nothing and at the same time we have 3 defensive midfielders on the pitch. The same knitting pattern as for Leverkusen and Alonso predictably. We defend our first leg result. Cornet WAS a good...

Judging by the rest of the bench, he's probably the closest thing to a "game changer" we have available.

Technically it's individual chairs these days, and they're well padded. Can't afford to have injuries due to the collapse of a wafer thin bench!

Looks like a 4-1-4-1 line up to me:
Fabs

Coufal Zouma Aguerd Cresswell

Alvarez

Bowen Soucek JWP Kudus

Antonio

Not got much from the bench though.

For the avoidance of doubt, that’s 25 with 43 added years experience :winker:

We’re the European Champions in this game, not them.

3-0 home win, and scenes at the LS.
