Re: Does anybody know someone that does airport transfers?

A train up the night before and a hotel room would be cheaper.

Re: Financial fair play ?

So how will Villa deal with this ? Digne is on a fortune That's what makes it a close shop, they need to sell one of their better players or more than one to raise the money to reach FPP, ensuring no one outside the 'big 6' can hold onto players and spend elsewhere. The rules are changing soon whic...

Re: Running

I managed 73 miles in January but it's hard to squeeze much more in, I can up the longer runs on the weekend slowly but the 5km in the week just fit in nicely with my lunch breaks.

Re: Europa league tickets on sale to s/t holders

Before the club do this sort of thing i really wish they would stop and think about a single parent with three kids who may have to find over £150 at short notice. Not everybody is loaded. Isn't the point it's not short notice, it's well over a months notice with the at least 2 pay periods you ment...

Re: Kalvin Phillips

I'm not 100% convinced on this, the only manager who has ever got him playing regularly and well in league football is Bielsa and he's a lot different to Moyes. It'll be interesting to see how we use him.

Re: Away Tickets Thread -

No doubt. There have been games where I have applied for me, and he's applied for three of us, and he got me my ticket. You can't do any more than three people, so the three of us all apply for each other now and whoever has the money taken from them is the winner. 3 chances are better than 1! I ca...

Yesterday was a really odd atmosphere, felt like no one wanted to be there which was understandable given the weather and first day back at work, most of the ST holders around me didn't show up or had resold their seats.

This is it, most people are happy to sit down and watch the game with the occasional Bubbles belted out and are far too old to be jumping around for 90 minutes.

Re: Tottenham Hotspur v West Ham Utd - Match Thread

EDIT Right have asked mates. They seem to think it has to be A4 or under,or a sealed bag from the club shop(doubt you'll have one of them) to get in as normal. if its bigger than A4 you have to join a massive queue to get it checked. Cheers, I've managed to find a laptop sleeve and I'll just have to...

I'd commute back to the City when required, there's a fast train that's less than an hour and I can get away with a day or so every couple of weeks.

The missus is talking about moving further out now, looking around Rugby as that's where her sister lives.

House insurance is in and it's a 33% increase on a policy that has never been claimed on.

Although a year ago Policy Expert was by far the cheapest (comparing like for like) so I suppose that's the business model, get them in and then whack up the price or I'm paying for everyone who gets flooded.
