Re: ✍ Welcome Edson Álvarez

We knew these bans were coming in Europe and in the league. The question is was this the best time for him to miss the games? This way he's back for the final run in for the Premier League and if his mates do the business he will be back in the Europa League for the march to the final. It's never a ...

Re: Little things that irritate you

Thank you for your answer. There is no way we could do something similar elsewhere or as freelancers, the company would straight away sue us. Anyway, when it comes to what I'll do next, it starts being a bit clearer. A member of the executive board contacted me for a new position in a department he...

Re: Little things that irritate you

Work. The new top management decided all of a sudden to stop a project people had been working on for 4 years, without any chance to defend it. Now, my whole team is in fear of being sacked or affected to other projects for which they don't have neither skills nor interest. We were told we would kn...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

I understand people being frustrated by poor football and even more so thrashings like Arsenal but I do think what is really Moyes fault is he has raised expectations. I read so many people referring to us a top six team and if we want to push on to top 4 etc. it’s wild and only come about because M...

Re: West Ham United FC Vs Arsenal FC Match thread

I thought the first 10 or 15 minutes Arsenal were just pissing around with the ball at the back not really going anywhere with it. We seemed to push up a bit and a couple of times we took the ball off them, although in reality this was mainly Bowen and Kudus. Our problem was everyone else stayed bac...

The Honda Jazz is a particular favourite of catalytic convertor thieves. They're very quick and easy to steal. I saw something about this too, apparently the Honda Jazz is difficult and or expensive to insure because of all the catalytic converter thefts. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/money/bills/car...

Our new hot-shot Striker from Nigeria - Keechun Scales . Not to be mistaken for Oliver Scarles our versatile 17 year old from Bromley . Or Charles Scarles , someone I made up . Took me a while to weigh that one up, very good

After seeing that clip, I have to say - I'm not sure how anyone is supposed to defend a cross properly when they've been shoved off balance with a clear 2 handed shove at the point the cross comes in. VAR surely should have picked that up? If a striker had received the same kind of push at the poin...
