Re: The Non Racist Crap Joke Thread
Wife's Diary: * Tonight, I thought my husband was acting weird. We had made plans to meet at a nice restaurant for dinner. I was shopping with my friends all day long, so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late, but he made no comment on it. Conversation wasn't flowing, so I suggest...

Re: Five Countries
South Africa is by far the best country I have ever visited. Can't recommend it high enough. Wonderful climate delicious food, that's great wherever you go and very friendly people. Can be a little dodgy at night, although I never had any problems and I include Pretoria and Johannesburg in that A g...

Re: Help needed to escape my Orwellian Nightmare - 1984ish!
Hi TOMOS, sorry for the delay in responding. The best way for you to check your NI record and find out awhich years are missing is to open an HMRC account online on the gov.uk website, make sure it is the official site. You can also see your state pension forecast on there. Then you need to call the...

When David Gold died the amount of people eulogising him was beyond comprehension, he was equally as culpable.Albie Beck wrote: ↑Sat Apr 13, 2024 12:04 am It's been a pattern for many years over several managers, but some still can't see it, or refuse to.

Eating too much cake is the sin of gluttony. However,
eating too much pie is okay because the sin of pi is always zero.

My wife is a tax senior with a firm of accountants, she’s said many times that trying to get through to HMRC isn’t easy at the best of times.
I’ll ask her tonight TOMOS if she has any advice apart from the obvious.

I was off work for 2 1/4 years. I got more money from the team’s football insurance than I would have done if I’d lost my eye altogether. All okay now.WestHamLyallStyle wrote: ↑Mon Apr 08, 2024 9:15 pm Radio 4 ? Blimey things must’ve been bad. Sorry to hear about your tribulations mate. Sounds like a tough gig.

Any longer and you may have turned into a Gooner bearing in mind where you were. I had a blowout fracture of my right eye playing football, 2 years to the day after I’d had my leg broken, playing football! I spent 10 days in the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield. My eyeball twisted round so th...
