Re: West Ham for sale (the fat lady is on her way)

David Sullivan on 5Live now said he and DG are actively looking at half a dozen clubs now (not all prem) - but he won't/can't comment on West Ham.

He reckons he's looked at about 20 clubs in total since leaving Brum.

Re: Ashton - Time for an update.

Mark Bright seems to think he hasn't retired, but is doing 1 to 1 training sessions with John Green - that's apparently what he was told when he asked on Sunday.

Could be rubbish, obv. This is Mark Bright after all....

Re: " Can you identify these people?"

Yep agree with that. No shenanigans outside, less shenanigans inside.

Shame. The club will no doubt make an example of those it id's, as it won't be able to do much else, in case it gets clobbered.

Beer eh? sheesh.

You're perfectly welcome.

They don't need grassing up - the club will be able to identify most if not all - this is just to show the press and FA that they are being proactive.

They should be concentrating on the mugs who were outside imo...

Re: Summer Transfer Rumour Thread '09

I've got a mate who's a city fan, and he said last week, that the Lescott to City transfer was a done deal, but Everton were just paying lip service to their fans.

Course he is an unreliable manc, so all news is to be taken with the obligatory pinch of salt.

I'm feeling sick about this one. I'm not sure if that's a good sign or not....

I can't believe our european adventure might be over in a little over 24 hours. Gutted, I would be. Totally.

Come on West Ham. Don't let us down - at least give us a performance to be proud of....

look into the eye, just the eye - not around just the eye..... All part of my cunning plan for World Domination. hehe. Same old West Ham though - there's a special mentality to being a hammer... You learn to take nothing for granted (specially not 3-0 leads at half time), and just KNOW that ...

Yeah. I know everyone used to moan that we shoved to the end of MOTD, and that people last season kept on about Wigan rather than us, and Paul Jewell rather than Pards.. but tbh.... I think I liked it when no-one was talking about us....

At the end of the day though, we are still West Ham, and are more than capable of losing.
