Re: Today's celebrity death is...

George Gilbey
https://news.sky.com/story/gogglebox-st ... 0-13103053

Former gogglebox star died yesterday(27th) in what seems like a tragic accident.
I believe he was a Hammer and wonder if he's known to any on here.

RIP George

Re: The Sunak Government 2022-

True, the current government did not cause this - I'll give them that much. But they are the government and so it rests with them to deal with this mess, no? Go back to any of these privatisations that haven't / don't / aren't ( delete as applicable) working and you'll find Thatcher behind most of ...

Re: The Labour Party Thread

If she used tax advisors to reduce or remove a capital gains charge by legitimate means then she's doing nothing wrong. Think this 2nd look at her is to do with where she was living and where she may have said she was living with regards to the electoral roll. Either way, 'they're' coming for ya Ang...

Re: The Sunak Government 2022-

How do you explain the worst since 2010 record if it's about Brexit? This has been going on for decades. Makes you wonder how we passed those strict rules. I wasn't talking about Brexit Sammy, I was referring to Reform and in particular Lee'I want my Country back' Anderson. Sorry for the confusion ...

Re: England -v- Brazil & then -v- Belgium

Because as a 54yo I’ve spent the majority of my youth wanting them to win and do well and all I’ve ever heard back is I hate England and want them to lose. So now I sit here laughing and actually quite pleased to see Lewandowski have a last hurrah Well as a 70 year old I'm way too old for all that,...

Re: England -v- Brazil & then -v- Belgium

Think it's most likely because Wales and the Wales fans have a hatred for England. Most likely because they are aware of their complete irrelevance as a country. The hatred from proper countries like Scotland or ROI makes sense. Not so much from the Welsh. Non of it(not your point) makes any sense ...

Re: The Mental Health Thread - (Help Contacts in First Post).

I never had a 'someone' to listen to all my bs about my problems, friends always came and went, the stage where I have no friends for a while is the toughest one for me, also don't even talk about family cause they are the reason I want to talk to someone else in the first place...
