Re: What did you watch last night?

re The Marlow Murder Club couple of sites I "read" regarding new series and that. they usually give reviews that I "follow" and to be fair in the main they're spot on when I check the show out. it got a right panning..... so now I'm stuck betwixt and between... TOMoS and MH are ...

I'm not sure if any of our subs get onto theirs, maybe JWP.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

Yesterday i was at a party for my grandaughter and her mates joint 8th birthday. One of the Dads at the do a Red Manc I think, a mate of my eldest, knowing we're West Ham came over and asked me 'Are you Moyes in or Moyes out? not did you see the game thursday, not how do you think the seasons going....

Re: ✍ Welcome, Kalvin Phillips

12 Days Kalvin. We have 4 games in 12 Days & your fate is in your hands. Edson is out for three of them so this is it. The rest of your career hinges on this fortnight. Are you a World Class operator or just a bloke who had a decent spell with his hometown team? Time to step up, son. Exactly, i...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

Johnson for Antonio is hardly a positive change. He’s got a striker on the bench that he signed. Use him. It was the change the manager thought best to counter what was happening. Danny Ings can't do what Antonio does, If Mic had 'nt been so exhausted(I think he was on his hands and knees after one...

Re: West Ham United v Aston Villa: match thread (17.03.24)

I wouldn't focus on the VAR decisions as much if I were Moyes, but I'd ask why Alvarez is now banned for being kicked and why the person who kicked him was not sent off for doing something that he booked another player for minutes before? Two decisions that were completely down to the referee that ...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

Completely capitulated 2nd half. Capitulation? my arse it was capitulation, Villa changed up with players off their bench the calibre of which we don't have in reserve. We attempted to counter it but struggled against a very good 'high flying' side, Antonio looked exhausted and we have no one else ...

I know why they have international breaks now, it's to give my blood pressure a chance to normalise.

Re: West Ham United v Aston Villa: match thread (17.03.24)

Anyone who really thinks this would have to be bat **** crazy, Soucek def moved his hand towards the ball on purpose. I think there was a small foul on the goalie for the one where Kudus stuck it in, it was Antonio's one I wasn't sure about. Bit like the 'small foul' on Areola at Sheffield then????...

Re: West Ham United v Aston Villa: match thread (17.03.24)

The thing with VAR is it was supposed to end any arguing about decisions. I don't watch MOTD but I imagine those ***** on there will be creaming themselves at the prospect of 'deciding' what was and what wasn't..and therefore..what's the point? It ain't better, it's worse. And over the past few game...
