Re: what pub have you been in today ? Rate it out of 10
The Mitre, Buckingham. 9.5/10
Five well kept ales, five TVs, cheerful and entertaining West Ham supporting landlord. Best pub in town.
But then I do own the place.

Re: West Ham United v. FC Astra - Match Thread
I know I get depressive about these things, but my money's on 1-0 to Astra or 0-0 meaning we go out. After the struggle we had last week away I can't see a win.

Re: West Ham v Everton Replay Live on BT Sport
Quite right - they swapped to the Boleyn in January 1991 as they had very limited capacity and they appreciated the gate money. We won 6-1.Think we did at home v Aldershot in early 90s in the cup - although technically I think we were the away team and it was a venue swap

Oh yes, still here.
No ticket for me either, so far. We should have a good few watching on Saturday in the Mitre.

Re: Blatter and the goal line technology debate
We don't need extra technology on the pitch. There is sufficient hardware already recording every Premier, Championship, Cup and international match, and all we need is a fourth or fifth official who is watching the same coverage that we are at home.
