Bilic will name an unchanged team (barring injuries), he doesn't have the imagination to do otherwise.
Biggest game in the history of the new stadium.

Re: Arsenal vs West Ham United Match Thread
Expected us to lose so not that upset by this result. The other games went for us so that was ok as well. However, we are awful and Swansea will fancy themselves against us. If they play like they did for most of the game today we will lose to them.

I'm cheering for Spurs now.
Gold, Sullivan, Brady and Bilic are making me cheer for Spurs.
Bastards.

The next game is now the biggest game in many years. We lose......We almost certainly go down.
I expected us to lose but Swansea beating Spurs is a kick in the teeth.

Re: Arsenal vs West Ham United Match Thread
I will accept a close battling loss.
I would be thrilled with a draw.
I cannot for one second see us winning.
Do not concede early.
Do not give away a silly goal.
Do not waste any chances we get up front.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017 Targets
If we don't go down (and it's a big IF) it will be because Hull or Swansea have a bad end to the season. The third from bottom position will be occupied by one of them or us. If one or (god forbid) both go on a run of form, we are doomed. Transfers next season are impossible to plan properly until w...

Re: Arsenal vs West Ham United Match Thread
For me this all about trying to get some pride back. We will not get anything from this. I'm sorry but we won't. We are a shambles defensively and they will cut us to pieces. As I said, we need to leave here with some pride and passion. Losing 2 or 3 nil to a much better side after a battling effort...

Re: Gold and Sullivan ???
I can't stand either of them. They have consistently lied to us (and probably the manager and players) for years now. Sadly, they are going nowhere. If you offered them a deal where we would finish fourth from bottom every year for the next twenty years, no cup runs, no Europe, no excitement or hope...

Re: West Ham United V Crystal Palace: Match thread
This is the match where we find out the true colours of our squad. They have been poor all season. They were embarrassed in the last match. Our best player has buggered off. The manager is under enormous stress. Our ex manager who divided opinion while he was here is returning. We are being mocked b...

Re: Transfer Window: January 2017
A solid (mostly) if not spectacular right back. Better than any of our options in that position and for less money than Zaza's loan fee. Also less than what Stoke want for Johnson.
I'd have Jenkinson back.
We are not ever going to sign a right back are we?

Not much, losing Payet, being potentially outbid for players by far smaller clubs and looking at older players as a stopgap measure.sussexhammer74 wrote:Been away for a day buying copious amounts of bread and milk because of the forecasted snow.

He'd be better than any of our other strikers. He'd also show some fight.Peaches wrote: Complete a Hypothetical, would anyone want a 31 year old Rooney here?
I would happily have him. It will never happen but I'd have him here.
Knowing Gold and Sullivan they will offer £50 for him.

Re: Transfer Window: January 2017
To all of the people saying it's only January 6th and for everyone to calm down, you are right, it is too early to complain about this window. However, it's not too early to complain about the last few windows which have been mostly awful. We may do some good business this window. I genuinely hope w...

Re: Transfer Window: January 2017
With all due respect, you seem to be forgetting the fact that by his own admission he won't be fit until March at the earliest. He is on 200k a week in China and still has a few years left on his contract. The fact that his club are willing to pay his wages in full just to let him go somewhere else ...

Re: Transfer Window: January 2017
Is there really a point to signing Ba? Even if he doesn't actually cost us a penny, if he is not going to be fit until March at the earliest, he won't help us at all. I try not to be negative about the board but they always seem to take the cheapest possible option regardless of whether or not it he...

Re: Transfer Window: January 2017
Injury aside.
The biggest issue would be his wages, he is on enormous money in China. The best part of £200k a week.
Even if he takes a 75% wage cut (which I doubt he will) you're still looking at around £50k a week for a player that was on the slide before the injury.

Re: Transfer Window: January 2017
Hi guys, been gone for a while. I rarely doubt Jinxed and the information he provides but I can't see this one at all. Firstly, Ba is on big money in China. Secondly, He is not the player he once was even before the injury. Thirdly, The guys leg was wrecked, the last I heard about him was a month or...

Could all the people that keep telling me how much the players all love Sam please explain why those same players are walking around the field and making no effort to close City down?

Thanks Mr CH.
I am now starting the long journey into work and will spend the time daydreaming about what would happen if PDC were in charge.
It would either be an absolute success or an absolute disaster. Cannot see it being anything in between.
