Re: 2019/2020 Relegation Thread

 we were going to finish top 6 a month ago We’re not going down Losing Fabianski to injury is a huge problem for us and has now left us very exposed and in total disarray. If we can get an in form Fabianski back before Christmas and some luck with decisions and VAR we'll probably stay up as lo...

Re: ⚽ Burnley FC v West Ham United: Match thread (09/11)

I'm sure this won't be a popular post, but if you do you'll also see him make four or five excellent saves. Whilst he made a couple of obvious howlers, which have and will continue to be highlighted, without those saves it would've been a lot worse. Roberto makes the saves he's good at which are mo...

Re: ⚽ Burnley FC v West Ham United: Match thread (09/11)

For me, the glaring issue is one that has been staring us in the face for the last 5 years. 90% of the time, we lose the midfield battle. We have £150,000 a week in two central midfielders who aren’t good enough or fit enough to get in the team. That Obiang was allowed t leave, given that we didn’t...

Re: ⚽ Burnley FC v West Ham United: Match thread (09/11)

Pathetic performance first goal should never have stood. The first corner which Fredericks conceded the Burnley player was offside. Possibly mate but IMO we were lucky to lose 3-0 as if not for VAR and very tight margins it could have been 5 and should have been a lot more. We're looking very much ...

Noble coming off was more bad news and the Lanzini injury just rounded off a very bad day, it's been said many times but it can't be over said, we're fkin cursed.

Re: Roberto Jimenez

I remember saying in the Bournemouth thread that Fabianski injury would be a major turning point in our season. After Roberto had let in 4 at Oxford and looked slow to react and bewildered I really feared for us. The Palace game confirmed my fears and it's been downhill since then. Fabianski did ver...

Re: Weekend Fixtures 1-3rd November

That second Leicester goal was absolutely exquisite. The passing and movement from every player involved was marvellous and every player involved knew what his team mates were doing and going to do. That comes down to coaching Reminded me of Sakho's goal against Man utd in our last game at Upton Park

Re: ⚽ West Ham United v Newcastle United: Match thread (2/11)

We desperately need new owners these charlatans have invested no more than 20 million which they have received back with interest. There only aim is to sell the club for a substantial profit when they do not have to pay any money to Olympic delivery people. It is almost getting relegated so there p...

Once again Shelvey is showing his quality, obviously he's always up for this match as he's local but no doubt even more fired up since our clown in chief David Sullivan publicly stated a few seasons ago he wasn't good enough to play for us.
It was nailed on! :(

Re: ⚽ West Ham United v Sheffield United: Match thread (26/10)

I don’t reckon Roberto is as bad as I initially thought He was actually alright yesterday, seems to be getting more assured and settled for us. I agree he did OK yesterday, was much improved after a very poor start and I was a lot happier with him, however to be fair Fabianski has set a very high s...

Re: ⚽ West Ham United v Sheffield United: Match thread (26/10)

I personally thought Roberto was poor for their goal, looked a routine save for me (I know he made some good saves in the first half.) And then there was the one at Everton where he got beaten on his near post. It’s clear to see we’re missing Fabianski. Since losing him and Antonio to injury our fo...

Re: How far ahead should we be planning?

If your owners intend to stick around then surely they will have a long term 10 years plus plan. If they intend to sell up and cash in in four years time then that's the absolute maximum that will be planned for. Ours are in the latters camp. Exactly this and everything about our squad and club is ...

Re: ⚽ Everton v West Ham United: Match Thread

Mid table club going no where. That's no doubt the GSB plan but worryingly we are always capable of exceeding our planned mediocrity and taking things to the next level into the relegation places. Two more losses against sides we should be beating and we could very easily be sitting in 18th place!.

Feghouli or Tore esc ?
Hope I’m wrong about that.
Feghouli was a tidy player and I was disapointed we sold him. He won the Africa nations cup this year.

Re: ⚽ Everton v West Ham United: Match Thread

Anderson is boiling my piss , he has been dreadful just giving the ball away not giving a ****. Anderson is frustrating but he's still a player that can pull a rabbit out of the hat and needs to stay on the pitch. Lanzini however is too slow and no where near his best,he needs to come off as does F...

Re: ⚽ Everton v West Ham United: Match Thread

Sadly for us Roberto is proving to be a fvkin liability. He made a decent save earlier but is now back to form. His reactions are so slow it's farcical, we desperately need him to up his game, can't someone spike his lucozade with sulphate ASAP.
