Re: Things you've always wanted to know......

Horse running yesterday named Cobra De Mai.

Commentator called it corn on the Cobra all round the three mile distance.

You would think he would know. It's not like it was Mick Channon.

Guys at work take the piss because I pronounce the snake thing they use wrong.

They say cobra ( Seb Coe ) , I say cobra ( corn on the cob ).

Am I wrong?

It don't matter anymore tomos, the new law says if it touches the hand it won't count. Stupid law change that nobody asked for.
I guess if it comes of the hand of a defensive player (own goal) it does count as a goal?

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

If Anderson continues to disappoint on the left then I would be promoting not buying.

21 now and scoring and assisting in spades, Holland should be getting some minutes before the season ends.

If we are spending any money, which I doubt, it should be invested in other areas.

Re: Top Shelf !

Whisky,Rum or Brandy all have to be neat for me. Not even ice or a dash of water. However cocktails seem to be huge these days. Saw a C4 show the other day where they mixed a Glennfiddich Gran Cru with mulled wine that the presenters raved about. I'm sure it was lovely, but that's a 23 year old/200 ...

Piers Morgan, who has seen it first hand described it as a work of art.

Re: I hated them.....but now I don't.

I have decided in the last ten minutes that I like Rod Stewart, because he spent his spare time during his world tour building a giant model railway. Rock n roll! I saw that today and was impressed with his 26 year dedication to that train set. Then I told the missus about it and she said it was one...

A Scotsman walks into a bar and looks for the Englishman and Irishman .... but they are still in Japan.
At least the sweaty will have the Irishman and can sub in the taffy for the Englishman to drink with now.

My 20 yearold son and his squad are doing the 20 Weatherspoons in zone 1 in a day (pint in each).

Called him a knobhead, and tried to persuade him otherwise without sucess, but can anyone convince me there are any positives to this challenge?

Re: Proving Their Doubters Wrong

I say get rid of 40m Haller in January.
4 games in September without a goal.

and while we are at it lets ditch that 22 year old Swiss lad who has been with us over 50 days.
New club, new country but he has had plenty of chances.

Thank **** we have a decent manager in charge.
