Re: Trial seperation

Oh man, where to start.. We were childhood sweethearts, I loved her, my family loved her, what could possibly go wrong? Inevitably it did though.. I was distracted by shiny things, money, booze, drugs.. But she was always there waiting for me to come back into the warmth of her bosom. As I grew up w...

This is the actions of totalitarian regimes, actually can't believe that they can legally ban him for this. No wonder Sully likes his Russian hat..

Or, he has been caught hanging out the back of on the Boards/managers missus.
To be fair, as long as the dwarf was filming it I don't think it would be an issue, leopards and spots and all that..

Re: Willow's Mountain - 6 years on..

Great news Iain. I bought one of the shirts you auctioned so it's great to see this update, very happy that it has all worked out for you and your family. Hello again mate, I remember meeting you and young George at the Southampton game, thank you - we were exceptionally lucky and forever in...

Re: Willow's Mountain - 6 years on..

Still got my Matt Taylor shirt. Good to know that it was all worth it. Very much worth it mate, we keep in touch with some of the intensive care nurses who cared for Willow and they said they tell parents of children on Willow's Machine her story to give them hope. She's an incredible, kind hearted...

Re: West Ham United v Liverpool match thread

I really don't think I can face this one. Busy week with early starts, not sure getting home depressed at 1am after watching us annihilated is worth the effort. Our only real hope is that Liverpool's squad, including the 16 year olds who played against Villa, are all struck down with the Corona viru...

Re: West Ham United v West Bromwich Albion: FAC4R Match Thread

Utterly shocking half of football, glad I didn't take the option of "securing my seat". Three defenders stood off and watched as Townsend lined up the shot - unforgivable. We look completely devoid of ideas, Balbuena has forgotten how to make a simple pass, Haller's positioning is all wrong.. What a...

Re: Week end fixtures 11 and 12 Jan

Not sure (other than the obvious) why Man Utds pen was not overturned by VAR, Williams was diving over Tim Krul before contract was made - should be a yellow for simulation.

Re: Felipe Anderson

There's been a good few occasions this season where he has taken control of a long ball like that, or nutmegged a defender, pirouetted out of a defender's challenge only to give the ball away cheaply straight after. No-look passes into open space or to the opposition instead of a team mate and littl...

Re: Roberto Jimenez

Three games in a row he's been responsible for conceding soft goals, beaten at the near post against Everton, the scuff shot against Sheff United and coming for that ball today leaving himself in no-man's land. The free kick was savable too. He's not just a poor replacement for fab, he'd be a poor r...

Re: Diet and Fitness

As they say, you can't out train a bad diet! Even though I'm building now I'm still tracking calories with My Fitness Pal and have gradually increased week on week while monitoring my weight to try to ascertain my maintenance calories. It's a drawn out process but more reliable than a TDEE calculato...

Re: Diet and Fitness

Good work debaser_74 Ive managed to drop around 50lbs this year and also learned a lot about diet as a result. Enjoy a combination of weights, a bit of cycling and a few rounds of golf to help shed the fat as well. Also good to see a bit of skydiving on your instagram, great hobby. Whats your local...

Re: Diet and Fitness

In a world that seems (to me) to be much shitter than it was 40 years ago... I must confess how nice it is to see the amount of people running around the streets trying to get/keep fit. In the 80s you never saw people doing this. If you did see someone you thought them extremely odd.....or presumed...
