Re: Sam's ear
Allardyce is a very brash man. However when he came to us we were in a crisis. He shifted 20 players and bought in 16 journeymen. And Kev Nolan. All in one summer window. Following relegation. Not only did he get us promoted he transformed a toxic and corrosive football club. Consolidation in the pr...

Moyes couldn’t resist could he? He’s answer to many fans lambasting his negativity?
I’ll show them. He thought. What a ****.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
The most frustrating thing after last two results is that with a BIT OF F***ING INVESTMENT we could be in an even better position. Agreed. Just look a few posts up. Satisfaction at finishing 7th. Losing semi finals. And winning one trophy in 40 years. That’s high achievement. Apparently. It’s seems...

I just hope we continue to make a good account of ourselves after Brentford. I don’t like losing. But it helps if we play well.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
The man has qualities but overall he has a loser mentality. Or at very best lacks ambition. Liverpool in the 1/4 finals my case in point
He sees us a top 10 club. Gallagher responded perfectly. We deserve someone better than DM

Just don’t expect me to be interested over the next 13 league games. Win lose or draw we will be crap. Our only hope is Bowen kudus and Paquetta avoid injury and hit top form.

Used to be common at Upton Park. They used to open the big doors at 15:10 and loads used to pile in.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
I’ve decided the club should do the decent thing. Let Moyes see out his contract and let him go with a big thank you. He deserves that I think. All this Moyes out stuff doesn’t feel quite right to me. The bloke works massive hours. He’s just a bit past it I think. That’s why I left the fire service ...

What a player Ross Barkley is. Deserves an England return. I’ve always rated him.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
Moyes has won me over on more than one occasion. But this time his lucks run out. He hasn’t got the players. No options. He’s toast.
I won’t be going back until he’s gone. Next game is Brentford and the only thing certain of is win lose or draw, we will be awful.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
The thing that hurts is yet again we’ve been so close to something special and we’ve self inflicted a wound. 3rd time in my lifetime. To be honest the total lack of ambition has left me pretty indifferent to the club. And I’ve had a ST for 50 years (I kid ye not)
I think I’m falling out of love.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
I think he’s gone a bit mental. It started by rolling over in the cup 1/4 final. That was unintelligent. As was letting Fornals and Benny go without a replacement. I reckon we will prove to be one of the worst teams in the league in 2024. Hapless. And that man will lose us Paquetta and Kudos. Real ...

Moyes needs to stay until the end of the season. I wouldn’t wish this lot on my worst enemy. Pep couldn’t get a tune out of this lot. Crap.

Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United : match thread
Moyes wanted Phillips at all costs. He isn’t even going to be match fit till the campaign is over. Sold two players we would have brought on today. We know the board are the root cause but Moyes needs to take a the blame also. Phillips was a stupid challenge on a yellow whether there was minimal co...

Depresssing stuff. You didn’t have to be a genius to predict our total collapse this season after the January window debacle. Moyes has seriously ****ed up.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
Lack of ambition is epidemic amongst the fans as well as the owners. Modern history 1980 cup team - failure to invest/improve- eventual relegation. 1986- 3rd - as above 2024- cup holders and 6th - as above except the cretins sold Benrahma and Fornals and think it’s ok to play an average rb on the le...
