Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

Given his utter disinterest in actually doing anything vaguely resembling steadying the ship or winning a game, and his shocking game management (such as vs Brighton), there's a part of me that's starting to believe he's just fleecing the owners of a cool £2m and deliberately trying to get us releg...

Re: Mark Noble - West Ham Legend

Just imagine if Noble retired and spilt his guts about all the bullsh1t that went on during his career at the club. Would make amazing if not upsetting reading im sure.

The NDA he will be forced to sign is going to have to be bulletproof

Re: Mark Noble - West Ham Legend

Noble truly only excels when he has quality and effort around him. Wednesdays game was a typical example. Nobody pushing on or making any real runs up the pitch. Moyes ruined that game before it even kicked off. I lost count how many times it got passed sideways or back as there was no one breaking ...

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

Moyes saying we played Fantastic vs Man City is a joke.

When Non League clubs hold a draw to a Premier League club in the FA Cup and earn a replay; now thats a "fantastic" performance.

We just bent over and got mugged off.

He has to go.

Tempted to stick a bet on Moyes being too much of a Moyes to start Bowen in any of the next three games.
Gotta love a club that spends 17 million quid on a player only to bench them despite being in a massive relegation battle.

Re: VAR - yes or no ?

Not a fan to be honest but I think its here to stay. As such they must take a lead from rugby & cricket. In rugby the TMO assists the ref when the ref wants something checked and occasionally will let the ref know of something that has happened and he may not have seen. But they both review on the ...

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

There is now two weeks until the next game. This will truly gauge how effective Moyes can be. Antonio , Anderson and Yarmalenko back as well plus the fresh bodies of Souchek and Bowen Lets hope the new coaching team make the most of this no games window and work the players harder than they have eve...

Re: Stop and Search / Stop and Go

As an ex copper I was always told to Search properly or don't bother with it at all. The pat downs at the LS are an actual joke.

Its a tick box exercise for the LS operators to retain their contract and nothing more.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

The Souchek video is currently being prepared. The theme will be Souchek attempting to walk up to the Stadium and seeing his name on the second largest digital screen in Europe but he gets stopped by some idiot in a high vis and searched for bottle tops and dildos.

Anyone else wonder if Jinxed was one of the Sullivan boys and his disappearance also ties in with our complete lack of signings?

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Marseille probably haven't paid the full £25m back for Payet. I suspect they are just inquiring if they could take him back and the debt would be cleared off much like Randolph and Boro.

Marseille save cash. Sully gets his Sulky magician back to sell a few more shirts.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

It's not a major rebuild though is it? I would say that we have 7-8 players more than capable,if they are playing in their right positions and swap out a few of the duplicate players - Lanzini and Yarmalenko for fast and direct wide players and Ajeti for a mobile strike partner for Haller. We need t...

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Just imagine the uproar in 14 days time when we have bought only a replacement keeper in to replace Martin/Robertos duties. I just cant see us getting anyone else in currently to help with the squad. Too many other clubs out there whom offer more as a whole to a player/agent/their families. Terrible...

Re: Gillingham v West Ham United: FAC3 Match Thread

This was a prime example why VAR should be removed 100% from the FA CUP with not all teams having access to it a distinct advantage or disadvantage is formed. Several challenges last night could have resulted in VAR action. Yet the lack of it resulted in referring errors. Had VAR been present then W...
