I’d rather be watching us put in a committed performance than watch us surrender after conceding under Pellegrini.
Have you ever tried polishing a turd...... impossible, I’m not saying we were ever a turd but we weren’t far off
Its possible if you stick it in the freezer then dip it in lacquer

Re: Sheffield United v West Ham United: Match Thread

I hope Martin doesn't beat himself too much after that goal. Balbuanus was just as culpable there... Solid performance second half. Fine margins and a one off mistake - could have been 2-0 to us. I think we need to sign at least another option in midfield as we can't rely on Noble to boss games ever...

Re: Sheffield United v West Ham United: Match Thread

I'm not sure what game you're watching. Lanzini has been good this half, he's being used as our linkup through the middle. We've been able to ping balls to him with his back to goal and he's been able to convert those positions into flicks around the corner to spring our wide men or trap and turn. ...

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Gulp! Well I was hesitant to include him as I didn't intend to imply every player listed was "utter dross", and I only meant during the four seasons Sakho was at West Ham (which in CC's case I think was just his final season). I don't think I ommitted a single striker, which just shows how dire our...

Re: Mark Noble - West Ham Legend

I've been vocally critcal of Noble recently but was chuffed to see him turn it on against Boringmouth - definily an motm performance.

That being said, saying he's better than Henderson and Milner after one good performance in 3 months is taking the pish somewhat

On a serious note - we need to protest loud and proud, peacefully with no foul language - what do we do - balloons, high vis vests, sing loud and proud outside the OS while the next game is played - I don't know, BUT let's let DS know how pissed off we are #nextlevel Sounds like a men at work conce...

I think people are going to be pleasantly surprised. I reckon a top 10 finish and a reasonable FA Cup run (quarters or semis) is on the cards.

Re: The Fans are part of the problem

Agreed. I was at the first ever match (against Astra Zeneca or whoever it was) in the bowl of despair with the kids. I said we wouldn’t be back. The kids periodically gave me grief about it so I relented once since then. Other than that, we’ve done aways only and that’s the way it’ll be until these...

Announced almost exactly 24 hours after sacking Pellegrini Stay classy West Ham Who gives a ****? Pellegrini was probably at the golf course within 4 hours of getting the sack. As for Moyes, I'm underwhelmed and don't beleive you should ever bang an ex, but he's here now so gets my full support.
