Re: Watford v West Ham United: Match Thread

ive been reading all sorts of comments, especially on facebook about how we are going to butcher them....I cant see it happening...sunderland were the whipping boys of the division...we were 2-0 down there after 20 mins Exactly. Only idiots seriously predict 4 and 5 -nil wallopings; when does that ...

Re: Watford v West Ham United: Match Thread

I'll only start to worry, when Lawro's convoluted logic and wonderful footballing insight, fails to find a way to predict a loss for the team with the league's best away record against a team with a terrible home record and only one goal in 5 games...

Re: Watford v West Ham United: Match Thread

Complacency, even if subconsciously, is my fear too. As somebody above said, the Sunderland game is too recent to allow that to happen, and I trust Slav to remind them of that, when he forcefully puts across his 100% correct thinking that if you drop your intensity just a tad against any team in thi...

Agreed, thought that at the time. Don't want to see our players trying to get cards for the other side. Especially when it's not a violent offence.

Re: Gold and Sullivan ???

Generally only clubs in trouble make big purchases in January. If we continue as we are not many of our players would be tempted away. And even without any new money coming into the club, I expect SUGO to give any such the 2-fingered salute,as Everton did with Stones.

I really REALLY don't see any way in which Matic was unlucky: blatant deliberate professional fouls. Are some people actually feeling sorry for Chelski? If so, stop it NOW! :)

Re: West Ham Utd vs Chelsea: match thread

I also notice Chelsea fans are crying about the Fabregas offside / not offside. I had a good view of it and from what I made out Adrian didn't even attempt to save it. A bit silly really, but I can't recall if the ref blew the whistle before Fabregas took the shot. Needless to say, if he'd of been ...

Re: West Ham Utd vs Chelsea: match thread

Just got back from a local bar, I was the only West Ham supporter in there, as you can imagine, I went mental when we went in front and again at the final whistle, got a free large brandy from the landlord who hates Mourinho, happy days! They hate him in Portugal too? I think every Spaniard I know ...

Bad losers
Means another fine. Just Mourinho trying to create the 'whole world's against us" mentality. But it's a bit old and tired now, and it wont work.
