Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

Know a couple of Everton fans, they think Dyche just turns the wheels and doesn’t build - but they believe Moyes does. Without meaning to re-open the debate you can see how they would think that from both their experience of him and the difference between West Ham from when he joined to now. Dyche ...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

Actually it was saved us from relegation last season while he was the manager. Is that good or bad on his cv Offset by winning the Europa Conference but it's obvious a thin squad can't play Thursday /Sunday forever, which is why I think we've overachieved this season by getting the 40+ points tally ...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

I would like to thank DM for a couple of great years. Especially the highlight, winning the ECL. But 50 per cent of that was also the achievement of our best player of the last few decades, Declan Rice. Perhaps the best defensive midfielder in the world. He was the leader of this team, especially d...

Beto reminds me so much of Antonio, a bulldozer of a player who can cause problems but can't hit a proverbial barn door.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

Football fans are fickle and will always bay for blood whoever they get as manager, especially when the losses build and relegation looms.

Re: Midweek Games April 9-11

Pickford's brain farts are becoming too frequent now and he seems as highly strung as Hart used to be. Southgate is loyal and he'll still be number 1 in his eyes .

It won't be Tuchel , it will be Sean Dyche if DM goes. I've mentioned it before that Brady loves the guy.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

I doubt there will ever be another manager to get us into Europe 3 years running , semi-final Europa , Champions Europa Conference, Quarter -finals Europa again . The odds are that most of the people who want DM gone will be pushing up the daisies before they see WHUFC repeat that achievement.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

DM has made several foul ups although I'm unsure whether he wanted Vlasic, Hugill, Kral, Benrahma, Cornet , Scamacca. Fornals and Haller were Pelligrini players but Ings, JWP, Phillips, Aguerd were definitely his 'buys' and they are turning out to be loss-making business. Although , some of his buys...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

Is this a new low by a so-called WHUFC social media channel? Seems like they set up a channel pretending to be WHUFC supporters. https://twitter.com/WestHam_Central/status/1779824501506642265?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet Honestly , this a disgraceful insinuation about DM , r...

Re: West Ham United vs Fulham FC - Sunday 14 April - 2pm

Looking at MOTD highlights I don't think any real blame on Mav or Paqueta is warranted for the goals. Mav was stretching to stop the cross getting into a possible dangerous situation where a Fulham player could be running onto. Paqueta lost the ball in the middle to their half and there was more tha...

One thing we aren't and that's difficult to score goals against and I think DM will regard that as a personal failure.

Re: Where will we finish?

I can easily envisage Newcastle winning all their next 6 games while Man U winning 3 . I can't see us winning any of our last 5 games , at most maybe 1 draw against Luton (who might even beat us). It seems like we might get 11th or 12th.

Can't really blame the lad considering our back 4 have been under constant barrage for long periods in games. I suspect the mental and physical strain will take its toll in the end.

Unfortunately , it seems all his bad points were displayed today against Fulham.

Re: West Ham United vs Fulham FC - Sunday 14 April - 2pm

We missed Jarrod terribly in the last 2 games but our squad obviously needs overhauling and massive improvement by next season. Overall, I still think this thin squad has overachieved so far.

I haven't seen the game , but hope the kid is okay.
