Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions

The interesting part of the club statement was the revelation that only 50 tickets per league game go to Newham residents as per contractual obligations.

Re: West Ham Utd v Crystal Palace: match thread

Some top passing and movement in the first half from our boys, Lanzini was immense. For their opener, Adrian must have thought the ball was going in the corner and felt he had to claw it away from goal when it was going harmlessly out of play, a poor misjudgment but he did make up for it with a coup...

Re: Manchester Utd v West Ham Utd: FAC QF Match Thread

I managed to log into the booking office in about 5 minutes just now, seems to be operating ok now. Only seats available to book at present are the back 3 or 4 rows of the main stand(about 600 seats total), the majority of those are in the corners. There was about 50 across the back of the BMU. Not ...

Re: Manchester Utd v West Ham Utd: FAC QF Match Thread

My Arsenal mate seems to think the replay could be the weekend of the 9th/10th with the league game moved. So we don't have to ask for favours from UEFA, I think it'd be possible to move the Arsenal game and have either that game or the Cup replay on Friday 8th April and the other game on Monday 11...

Re: Band 5

I asked specifically for a seat in one of the blocks that were part of the 15% required to be reserved for away fans for cup games (I wanted one in Blocks 224-228), I said I'd quite happily take my chances getting a seat elsewhere for cup games but they refused to budge and they said it wasn't possi...

Re: Close to a Full House?

Moving to a new ground will be tough for some, but more and more people are embracing it as it draws ever nearer. Personally I see it as a great thing for the club, the improvements on the field are because of this, the players that came in last year were because the move is happening, and only a ha...

I meant it's crazy that we're now in a position where we're talking about him as a serious prospect, when you think back a few years the targets the club would have to realistically pursue.

Re: A £20 million plus striker: The summer transfer thread

Zlatan........ I've thought Zlatan would be a great sign of intent for some time now, most would suggest it's pie in the sky, but at his age what would he be sold for £20M?, he must have a little ambition left in him to try his hand in the Premier League. The lift he'd give the club and fans would ...

Re: West Ham Utd vs Everton: match thread

An outrageous pass from Payet whilst looking the other way, highlight of the game that for me, why they showed that on MOTD and never highlighted it is beyond me!. The ref was shocking, first 20 minutes set the tone, allowing every Everton player to make one bad foul after another before finally giv...
