Re: Are our players as good as we think they are?

Individually I think they are mostly fine and should be top half players at the very least. There just seeems to be something rotten at the club that demotivates them. Add to that the fact we buy players and rarely play them to their strengths just means that anyone we get at this moment in time jus...

Re: The Fans are part of the problem

Missing the point if no one is in the stadium. It is an embarrassment to them. The stadium is half empty at 70mins most of the time anyway! I get the point of it being embarrassing, but there will always be someone else to buy the tickets. The only time they seemingly reacted was when the revolts ha...

Re: The Fans are part of the problem

Let’s agree to disagree on this.
In the grand scheme of things what GSB gets from ticket sales is nothing in comparison to tv rights etc

Brilliant idea

Let us put the player who created our goal in the last game, on the bench.
Just forget his contribution in our first win in almost twenty years at theirs.
Not suggesting that we drop Anderson, but it was fornals who set cresswell up.

Re: Bilic back to work...

Chelsea Away - Late penalty given for a foul outside the area, scored and match finishes 2-2. Crystal Palace Home - Kouyate red card whilst 2-1 up (ended 2-2), overturned on appeal after the match Those two in particular stick in my mind. EDIT - Oh, Leicester away as well for their equalising penal...

Re: Welcome, Sebastien Haller

His scored 3 in 6. Let's see what happens when he actually gets some chances in front of goal...theyve mainly all fallen to other players. His gonna be immense for us this season. He didn’t play against Brighton so actually 3 in 5. City game was a write off but he did play well in that. Think every...

Re: ⚽ West Ham United v Manchester United: Match Thread

I'm not sure I've ever been less concerned about a new player with a shaky-ish start. Supremely confident he'll become a good player for us, just a matter of when. This. Plus it helps massively that we have a good stock of attacking midfielders so he has time to get adjusted unlike previous years w...

Re: It's time ?

Fingers crossed it happens!
However we have opportunities like this before (assuming we maintain our current run till jan) and the owners haven’t made the signings necessary (last season at Upton Park springs to mind).
Hopefully pellegrini doesn’t take this nonsense from them this time round though!

Conservative guesses? Byram £25,000 Carroll £75,000 Arnautovic £100,000 Perez £80,000 Adrian £30,000 Fernandes £30,000 Nasri £75,000 Still to leave - Hugill and Oxford, probably another £40,000. Re: The summer transfer window 2019 thread

Just my two cents..... These young players are more likely to come to us because they see them getting opportunities in a decent league and a stepping stone to bigger teams. If we don’t allow that to happen, then they are less likely to come unless our current crop breaks into European positions (id...

Re: ⚽ West Ham United vs Watford FC: match thread

We’ll never know for sure it he cost us the game. But he may as well have been wearing a Watford jersey. His decision making was comical.
