Re: Where will we finish?
If we can recreate that performance we may have been in with a shout. I feel Chelsea are on a roll, Palace are dangerous, Liverpool will give us a game and Man City are, well very hard to beat. Need to be top 7 too. I just cannot see it. But, our target next season should be to charge for a top 6 sp...

Re: West Ham Utd v Bayer Leverkusen: match thread (2nd leg)
Well done to the team on the pitch. Crowd up for it and so were the players.
Ultimately let down by lack of players to bring on. On you Sullivan.
Oh and we don't miss Paqueta.
Ref is an unmentionable word too.

Re: West Ham Utd v Bayer Leverkusen: match thread (2nd leg)
Genuinely one of the worst refereeing performances I've ever seen. Killed our momentum every time we got forward, gave Leverkusen a freekick every time they lost the ball, let Antonio be kicked out of the game. Awful. I honestly think they can't be worse than what I've seen this season but they go,...

Re: West Ham Utd v Bayer Leverkusen: match thread (2nd leg)
If we get an equaliser I don't think he would do subs for extra time due to the quality available.

Re: West Ham Utd v Bayer Leverkusen: match thread (2nd leg)
Can we just enjoy the game? WHU have enjoyed so much possession and control because it's a one-off game where the opposition have a two-goal lead to defend and can afford to sit off. That doesn't happen in the Premier League. Exactly, and if we did take the lead the dynamics of the game would chang...

Re: West Ham Utd v Bayer Leverkusen: match thread (2nd leg)
Those betting on Paolo Di Canio to score the only goal at Old Trafford in the 2001 FA Cup tie got 76/1... those are the best odds I can recall involving a WHUFC fixture. Years ago I got a 90/1 double on us winning the handicap league and something like finishing top half I think, but as it's a doub...

Re: Positivity Thread
Not sure where to put this but a Coventry supporting mate has told me Man Utd are yet to sell their full allocation for the semi final this weekend.
I feel it's positive news as we would have been able to sell 100,000 tickets, so whose the big club now.
