Re: West Ham Utd v Bayer Leverkusen: match thread (2nd leg)
Those betting on Paolo Di Canio to score the only goal at Old Trafford in the 2001 FA Cup tie got 76/1... those are the best odds I can recall involving a WHUFC fixture. Years ago I got a 90/1 double on us winning the handicap league and something like finishing top half I think, but as it's a doub...

Re: Positivity Thread
Not sure where to put this but a Coventry supporting mate has told me Man Utd are yet to sell their full allocation for the semi final this weekend.
I feel it's positive news as we would have been able to sell 100,000 tickets, so whose the big club now.

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
The worst gaps are those under the screens...if I were the club I would remove the screens at both ends and fill them with seats...could always mount a screen to the roof potentially? Or just not have them. In my opinion this is very possible technically. The old Olympic roof would not have been su...

Re: Where will we finish?
Wasn't expecting a late flourish from Chelsea. All in our hands I suppose but that home defeat against Fulham was the end of our Europe run I feel.
Next season we won't have the extra games so maybe do better.

Re: Everton FC: 10 Point Deduction Confirmed for PL FFP breach
Everton have appealed. The result of the appeal could come 5 days after the end of the season.
So relegation could be decided by old farts in a room.
I can see that not going down well and make Sheffields March on London look like a day trip.

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
i've mentioned a couple of times that the real value in our OS deal comes from squatters rights on a plot of land that is worth far more as a development than it is as a stadium alone, so i thought i'd knock this up in photoshop: https://imgur.com/2Og4Z4G.png that's the same plot of land, everton's...

We could finish 8th or 9th at a push but I don't think 8th is a euro place anymore.
