Re: ⚽ West Ham United v Southampton:Match thread (29/02)

We should win this one, but it depends on how motivated the players are. If we score early, we'll be okay. Don't think Moyes has anything to do with our performances anymore. He's just a random dude in the dugout. If the players want it, they'll get a result.

Re: Protests against the board being planned

I don't want to go back and rewatch this crap to unpick what words were and weren't used. I've lived through it and have my very own personal impression of what went on. I was never for the move, but I'm fully aware of how the fanbase was manipulated into believing it would be a good thing. Well, it...

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

If we stay up, it won't be because of Moyes, Pells or the board. What can save us is a run of favourable results and player pride. If anything, Moyes is an obstacle.

Haterz hate, Jim.

He gave us a peek at how we could play attacking football with an unbalanced squad.
We beat Chelsea at theirs.
I love him for that alone
more like a semi hard. granted he was better than moyes, but then who isn't.

David Moyes as a manager including his Everton days v Cheslea, Man United, Arsenal and Liverpool.

I'm sorry I never met the bloke you're talking about. I was talking about the guy shaking Sullivan's hand in his gaudy dungeon.

Re: ⚽ Manchester City v West Ham United:Match thread (19/02)

This is probably the worst time to play City. Not like they need to be up for it, but they will be. We on the other hand were sitting on our arses for weeks and a defeat would be devastating. This would be a good time to play Bournemouth. Except for we already have.

Re: Are our players as good as we think they are?

I know I've oversimplified things, but that's what I meant. It's a dark place and when the heads drop, you need something much more powerful than money to stay together, fight and rise above the situation. It's very difficult and we ain't got it. Individual ability is no longer a factor.

Re: The Relegation Rebuild & Casualties

I would only trust the ones I know. I've felt differently above these three at various points, but Antonio, Snodgrass and Noble will fight for the badge. I'd keep Ogbonna. I think Fornals would come good. I don't really feel that great about the rest. Sad times.

Re: Are our players as good as we think they are?

I think the morale in the dressing room is rotten to its core and has been for a bit. Most of them are in it for the money and it just shows. When you have nothing else at stake, when you lose any motivation - you can't really perform at your level no matter how much you might want to. They are prob...

Re: Man City (Non-WHU)

Salary cap It's the only answer to resolve the issue. This could only happen in a new European league of the wealthiest clubs. Or maybe at the PL level. But I highly doubt that either Real Madrid or for that matter Man City would agree to a salary cap at the level of Norwich. Or that Norwich can pa...
