Re: Has my fire really gone out ?

I went to Plymouth Argyle for the first time this year a couple of Saturdays back. There were 10,000 in the stands and it was pretty lively. A good game, albeit dominated by Argyl, but the atmosphere was great and the craic excellent. . I have not been to the toilet bowl (and I doubt I ever will) so...

I would rather cut off my ears than listen to Talkshite. Hideous lowest of the low so-called radio station. :thdn:

And to those who asked for a transcript of my speech. Hammers Utd demonstration: 'United For Change' speech https://www.kumb.com/article.php?id=43731 Great address, UTJ. I only wish I could have been there in person to hear it, and those of the other speakers. Well done to all involved, UTJ from KU...

Re: West Ham United v Everton: Match Thread

Three minutes into the start of the 2nd half. We are on the attack inside their half. We have players up and square but with great aplomb Cresswell makes a poor pass back to the keeper (WHY FFS?)...who gets put under pressure and the ball goes out for a corner. We come under sustained pressure for t...

Re: [POLL] Are YOU happy at the Olympic/London Stadium?

I have never attended a game at the Bowl since I moved 250 miles away from my S London roots so that does not really give me the right to post an opinion on it. When I lived in Bromley back in the late 60s, the 70s and early 80s I went to many dozens of games at the Boleyn and followed WH away almos...

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Bring back Randolf then get Masuaku and Diop playing again. They would be like new signings if we could get them back into the team and wouldn't cost us a penny...

...well, that's what Sullivan will be thinking anyway!

Slav every time. Who knows what he could have achieved with an owner(s) who did not undermine him at every turn. He is proving his worth at West Brom and should they get promoted to the Prem and we manage to remain in it, I am sure he will get a rousing reception on his return.

Re: KUMB Player of the Decade [POLL]

Was it Alf that called Martin a ghost, said something along the lines of how he, "ghosted in at the far post"? Back in the mid-80s Martin and Geoff were partners in a used car guarantee firm. I was working at a local Renault franchise at their showroom in Truro and we ran a promotion for their firm....

I have a mate who is an Owl and he tells me that MA was in his opinion destined for greatness...This was two or three years ago (getting old so cannot remember exactly), but it seems to me my mate's assessment was spot on. Could be HOTY were it not for Dimitri Payet who is going to walk it this sea...
