Re: Protests against the board being planned

Have members of the press been contacted about the protest? Would be great to get recognition and have the owners squirming, they hate bad press.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

You have to hand it to Ironing Board though he's one hell of an agent, Moyes is a lucky guy

West Ham to complete the signing of Randolph today for £4m according to Steinberg in the Guardian
If he's not fit to play straight away what is the point?

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Dec. 31 from initial interview: "But I do believe that the squad of players I’ve got here is a better squad of players than when I took over before..." Jan. 5 from football london: ""We are short in one or two positions but I am keen to get the best out of the boys I have got..." He's not exactly d...

Re: Protests against the board being planned

They couldn't have wished for a worse week could they. Lose out to a player on loan to Spurs, can't even sign a championship reserve goalkeeper, news comes out we're the 18th richest club in the world and 7th in England.

Bring on the protest :crest:

Anyone know what's happened to the Sander Berge rumour, or is that all it ever was?
Not available for loan, so we can cross that name off the list

Absolute bare minimum we need a keeper in by the Everton game.
Don't muck about, just get Etheridge in now. Excellent keeper.
He will at the very least become our long term replacement for Fab and possibly actually take over from him
Etheridge droppd by Cardiff today for poor form...

Re: Protests against the board being planned

Firstly, it needs to be Away from the ground and away from the football. This is about the board, not the team or the manager. Secondly, it needs to be before the security checks. They would not let people with banners through and may even check tickets at this game. Finally, it doesn’t actually ma...

Ex says straight after the Sheff Utd game our “tried and trusted agents” were tasked with finding us goalkeepers.

Who needs scouting.
This muppet really doesn't help.
Not sure who is worse him or Sean Whetstone (whatever his name is)

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Id take a punt on Butland. He's having a tough time at the moment but he's still only 26 and has had some great seasons in the past, there's a top keeper in there

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

We really need to spend big now, we're in deep trouble.

A first team keeper
Max Aarons - 15m
Berge - 15m
A striker

No cheap rubbish , no free transfers, proper players that will improve our first team

Just buy Sander Berge and be done. Bloke won’t likely need bedding in and would complement Rice and add a bit of energy.
Just feels like it’s a transfer staring us in the face, what with his past links.
All sounds good... But he isn't available for loan and would cost real money

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Joe Allen would be a good signing... If it was 2012.

We need a young, energetic player to replace Noble not a direct replacement! They're pretty much the same player. Would be an awful signing and a complete waste of money.

As for signing Randolph for 4m, pointless

Re: Protests against the board being planned

Because of G+S I no longer go to home games and I've stopped buying anything from them for a few years now. I would be well up for the protest but last time there was one i lost my train fare i spent, because it was cancelled. £40 return ticket for me. My question is where will the march be? What wi...
