Seeing as they are going to have state of art turnstiles at the new stadium. If a ticket is not being used and not put up on ticket trader for games, they should know and the ticket should be reclaimed by the club.

I work in a school, and know at least 10 kids who have a got a season ticket with their dad, who both are not West Ham fans, but are going to see premier league football.

This is only a guess, but I reckon that the priority numbers started from 1 in April. Then the season ticket holders were added to the numbering in May.
