I have the football shirt they released last year or the year before. Really like it. Starting to see a fair few people wearing hoodies/t-shirts of theirs too.

Re: The Mental Health Thread - (Help Contacts in First Post).

CB - I know how you feel. I’m not an athlete but got into running/jogging in the mid noughties and did a few half marathons, Great South Run and about 250 parkruns. Then in 2019, I got diagnosed with central spinal stenosis, which basically means that the nerves my spine were getting trapped within...

I mean, we wouldn't have won a trophy without him.

Hope he knocks it out of the park at Lyon, to be honest.

Re: January transfer window

This isn't a result of 2 windows... it's a result of 5+ seasons of poor planning & shoddy analytics, strategic and operational. We find ourselves not only needing to buy first team players, but also "bench" players. Not sure what implications that has for our FFP. If you buy first tea...

Re: January transfer window

This is the sort of utter tomfoolery and nonsense I live for in football. Thank goodness we could be at the centre of it. This Benrahma stuff aside I do genuinely think we've had a decent window as I've said before. I'd have liked us to get something for cover at either end of the pitch, but it is w...

Re: January transfer window

I haven't really got any idea of how well Sarr has been playing for Marseille this season, but for the first two game for Senegal in the AFCON he was as good as any other player on the pitch. Then he was awful in their third game and only a sub in their knockout match against Ivory Coast.

Re: January transfer window

I’m curious as there’s clearly something that halted his progress - he looked odds on for £40m move to Liverpool about two years ago. I think 'being at Watford' probably didn't help him much. 4 years and had 11 different managers, which can't be healthy for any player's development. I remember he a...

Re: January transfer window

Do you, when the player refuses to get represented by the right agent? So there's no win in this situation - we either work with an agent the player refuses to use, or work with an agent the league or officials or whatever refuse to acknowledge. Sounds like the 'massive blunder' and 'basic stuff' t...

Re: January transfer window

West Ham bought Bowen for £22m - he’s now worth twice, maybe three times as much. Crystal Palace bought Eze for £16m and Olise for £9m. They’re now comfortably worth twice or three times as much. Brighton signed Mitoma for £2.7 million. Nottingham Forest signed Awoniyi for £17.5m. I could go on. Th...

Re: January transfer window

not making that signing would be pure transfer window negligence. Equally, it would be highly negligent to buy the 'right' player for an overinflated fee, or buy the 'wrong' player out of pure desperation. Osman reportedly has a massive agent fee associated with him. Jota isn't the right fit. Rowe ...

Re: January transfer window

Good window, if we don't get anyone through the double glazing tomorrow it doesn't matter. We've obviously had targets, but we havent been duped into paying over their worth to us. We're not out firing ten bids for ten different players in one position - I fully believe the recruitment team and mana...

Re: January transfer window

I wish Benrahma all the best. A player for whom the word 'mercurial' might have been invented, but I always felt like he gave everything he had on the pitch.

I can't believe we'll let hom.and Fornals go without at least signing one left sided attacker.
