Re: VAR - yes or no ?

I was massively in favour of VAR, but now admit I was massively wrong.

Bin it.

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

Poor team selection from Moyes last night. Both Snodgrass and Fornals should have started instead of Masuaku and Lanzini.

Re: Protests against the board being planned

The one sole aim should be to force them out. They've done enough damage. I'd rather play in League 2 with an honest and decent person in charge. I've no problem with making them feel the pressure by whatever means, but you cannot force out owners that do not want to go, look at Newcastle. Nope, I'...

Re: Who Next? The odds

If the alternative is getting Moyes back or Hughton, I've got my fingers crossed that Pellers can turn it around.

Re: ⚽ Wolverhampton Wanderers v West Ham United: Match Thread

Poor again..... The usual slow ponderous way of attacking which must be very easy to defend against. One thing I think we can all agree on is that our record signing, the hapless Haller is woeful up front by himself. Total dog***t I'm afraid. We would be better off if we had kept Hernandez, he could...

Loads of people playing the Well I'm not offended by it so no-one else should be either defense, which at its core is a fundamentally narcissistic way of experiencing the world. Given that most of you are likely straight then you've got no business as the putative 'oppressors' telling the historica...

Re: pride of irons own goal

Normal? Seriously, wtf is all that about? It's about the vast majority of people who are in no way offended by some meaningless football chant. Whether it be about Rent Boys (Chelsea) Y*ds (Spurs) or Pickeys (West Ham) It's about the vast majority of people who don't take to Twitter when they feel s...

Re: pride of irons own goal

I know there’d be some poster that would go and spoil it by using some random sweeping generalisation of everyone they’ve decided is not “normal” AND find a way to make this all about liberalism/a political debate etc Bravo mate  You're welcome. I also knew there would one of the types I descr...

The rent boy song is homophobic is you belong to one of the following groups.... The smug London Liberal types who make up a large amount of our broadcast media. Social warrior types who go out of their way to take offence on our behalf 24 hours of every day. Twitter is their platform. If your norma...

Re: ⚽ Chelsea v West Ham United: Match thread (30/11)

Obviously pleased with the win, but its so West Ham. Get battered by crap and win the harder games. We could be where Leicester are if we didnt run away from the so-called easy games. Either way, year upon year of beating the big boys but not turning up against anyone else. Why? Because for the mos...

Re: ⚽ Chelsea v West Ham United: Match thread (30/11)

Much better from West Ham today. Pellers finally did what he should have done 2/3 games ago and switched keepers. That combined with benching the so far woeful Haller was the catalyst for this win. Delighted for both Martins. Must have been a special day for their family. Lets hope Pellers can conti...

Re: Who Next? The odds

In the modern word crowd size has very little relative impact on a club's revenue. That said, it's amazing that Bournemouth stay on the right side of FFP - yes they were cited about 5 years ago but that's it. It has little impact on revenue, but does help indicate the size of the club. A tiny club ...

Re: Who Next? The odds

I've had a quick look and here's the data. I know it doesn't tell the whole story but there is generally a significant correlation between transfer spend and finishing position. Bournemouth (last four PL season finishing positions) 14, 12, 9, 16 Total net spend £119.35m (Avg 29.84m per season) Burn...

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions

I bought into the bull****. I thought the stadium would be great, it would have retractable seating and that we would be challenging for top 6 most years, maybe even winning the odd domestic cup. If there are any Nigerian princes who need me to help them transfer millions of pounds I guess I am a p...

Re: Who Next? The odds

For the love, the craziness, and the possibility of giving players like Haller the slap they deserve...... Surely it has to be.

Paolo Di Canio?

Maybe not? It would be exciting though.

1. Rafa

2. Howe

3. Dyche

4. Wilder

My top three picks would be....

1. Rafa

2. Howe

3. Wilder

I would not mind Dyche either.
