Re: Maradona or Messi?
As much as I dislike what he did. Maradona is be far the biggest inspiration for me. Background, talent, just mercurial. Messi he’s awesome but let’s not forget he had growth hormone pumped into him to enable to realise that ridiculous talent. For me that’s a nah

Re: Fixtures March 29th- 4th April
My love has gone. This is not the game it was ever meant to be. And that’s not just directed at Arsenal, it’s just everything. Yes we won today but the only talking point will be the Wolves disallowed goal, kids should never have got so involved with the game with their silly technology and acceptan...

Re: England -v- Brazil & then -v- Belgium
I never understand why anyone from the UK(assumption not withstanding) would prefer to see a Polish team for example, qualify over a 'British' team Because as a 54yo I’ve spent the majority of my youth wanting them to win and do well and all I’ve ever heard back is I hate England and want them to l...

Unfortunately Garath is likely to see him as the closest thing we have to Mo MolamBillydinho wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2024 9:44 pm Bowen offers something none of the others do. He’s a second striker and a genuine goal threat.
The closest thing England have to Mo Salah.

lol. Maddison consistently doing everything to make himself look good and failing then gets the assist. Couldn’t make it up. Bowen and Bellingham link up play was really encouraging. Guess that will be easily overlooked now

Absolutely love the amount of holding they are allowed to do in the box with zero repercussions.

Re: West Ham Utd v Bournemouth - Match Thread
Easily the worst team performance I’ve seen in years. Disjointed, no purpose, no real threat. And I’m on the positive side of the argument. I dread to think how others feel

Too complex
“We only win when it’s West Ham…….win when it’s West Ham. Familiar tune no complexity, telling the truth. That’s all we need for England games

That’s a lovely thing. Only proper people do those sort of things for opposing fans and then to have that moment with him…..beautifulpablo jaye wrote: ↑Fri Jan 26, 2024 5:58 pm As someone mentioned in the comments - is someone cutting onions??

Re: Jurgen Klopp leaving Liverpool (non WHU!)
I really don’t get what’s wrong with talking about another teams manager. He’s class with a bit of sh*thousery. Personally in think it’s a deliberate ploy to deflect the media from the Kalvin Phillips signing, the egotistical c*nt

...may be read on KUMB's home page: https://www.kumb.com/story.php?id=138397 It’s all very well being vindicated after the event. I’m just tired of it not happening during. Coufal should have seen red v Wolves no intervention. It’s not a one way street but we copped it yesterday, I think it’s ridic...

Re: ✍ Welcome Kurt Zouma
I feel gutted for him tbh. Always gives everything, is tactically exceptional, but in those incisive moments nowadays he isn’t able to recover. I saw his knees start to give out on him a while ago, for him and us that is devastating. He’s very difficult to replace

Conveniently. Never happens anywhere else. Look I’m not outraged by the penalty, I’m outraged that 4 players can intimidate a ref when that is 100 percent a no go, except in many city casebrothernero wrote: ↑Wed Dec 27, 2023 9:44 pm
Plus he got a signal from the Assistant ref saying it was a penalty.

:lover: A worse look for Dalot, methinks ... Personally think dalot had every right to be annoyed, it was a bad decision. He was petulant but never got in the ref’s face and that is not worthy of 2 yellow cards when a lot more about certain aspects of that game were far more, for want of a better wo...
