Re: West Ham United vs Fulham FC - Sunday 14 April - 2pm

I just can't see anything good coming in this second half, feeling pretty meh about it to be honest. We look totally disorganised, no leaders, nobody getting a grip of the game.

Re: VAR 2023/24

Ludicrous decision, it kind of feels corrupt (I'm sure it's not).

Re: West Ham United vs Fulham FC - Sunday 14 April - 2pm

Recovery after last night before Sunday will be order of the day. The players will be both physically and mentally tired I expect. I can't imagine there will be many changes, Alvarez back in with Antonio on bench is what I'd think is most likely. Probably another Wolves first half type of performanc...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

Thought he had us well drilled and organised tonight, to concede like we did can't be blamed at DMs door. One scrappy and one free header, both from set pieces. Likely down to tired players losing focus after giving everything. He had no options to turn too on that bench, if there's blame to be poin...

Re: Bayer Leverkusen v West Ham Utd Europa QF 1st leg match thread

Well done West Ham, put the effort in for 90 mins, resolute and organised. Special mention to Coufal, Fabianski and Antonio who I thought were excellent. DM set us up to keep us in the tie, first goal scrappy the second was to easy for my liking and both from set pieces are hard to take. Credit to L...

Well done West Ham, looking organised :fist:

Re: Wolverhampton Wanderers v West Ham United - match thread

Wolves have been distinctly average and are tearing us apart.

This needs to be some half time team talk.

I find it bizarre how disinterested and unprepared we are. Ball retention is awful, we're clinging on here.

Re: Postecoglou: are the cracks beginning to show? [non WHU]

I thought he handled thew questions very professionally. He was asked a reasonable question, although it would have been better to ask the Financial Director rather than the head coach. He answered the question as a football coach rather than as a financial expert, which is surely to be expected. T...

Re: West Ham Utd v Tottenham: match thread

Good point, thought we looked organised, we had the chances to take all three.

Our squad looks very lean, nothing on today's bench that was going to change the game. Rest and recovery must be order of the day, it'll be a tough run to end of the season with what we have available to select from.

Re: Newcastle Utd v West Ham Utd - Match Thread

Focussing on us only, we snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Gutted, once we scored the third we should have put the game to bed. So disappointed, but so predictable.

Re: West Ham Utd v Bournemouth - Match Thread

Tough watch that, didn't look at the races first half, marginally better second half.

Areola kept us in it, some good solid saves, I thought Mavrapanos did well, but Kudus the only shining light. Just give Mo the ball!
