Re: West Ham Utd v Bayer Leverkusen: match thread (2nd leg)

Such a shame. Loved our European adventure and I shall miss it. But I think we will return to these times again. An absolute blast. Loved every minute of it. Such a shame we just couldn't manage that second goal Why why why are so many of us giving up on Europe for next year,,,we beat Palace Sunday...

Re: West Ham Utd v Bayer Leverkusen: match thread (2nd leg)

What we gotta do know is take that passion and commitment and team spirit, put that into our last 5 games and fight like F**k...

Re: Declan Rice

Read some odd stat about Saka a few months back. At a similar number of PL appearances for their age had a very slightly better goal involvement than Ronaldo (CR7 that is). Thing about him is it is not just what he does but how he affects how the opposition plays. It should create space elsewhere b...

I don't do negative stuff and this is not meant to be ...just realism the actual facts.. I just don't get some of us saying he has improved us as a League team...which is what you gauge it on not cups... Jarrod hits the post we lose on penalties ..the conversation is different with us.. 11/1 to qualify for semis on betfair anyone fancies it ...and 35/1 to win the whole thing..

That'd be Red Scouse (prob) and Bayer out, with us in the semis and were on at 35/1....can only dream but yer never know...

Re: Israel

Against a country the size of Iran, with a huge army, it's the only way to get the point across sufficiently robustly without risking too many lives. America has used the tactic before. The Tactic you refer to directly killed 200,000/220,00 maybe more, innocent men woman and children,it's not known ...

Possession is key..always has been always will be....30%....no if and buts, and no matter what you do with that, over a PL season you WILL drop... 40% is about the bench mark, below that yer gonners...push it up a bit 43ish and above your mid table quality.. Start going into 50s Euro Spots and above. ...

The attacking players job when he stands near the keeper from a corner is to hamper/impede/block his view..(the keeper) he is still doing this as the ball enters play from the corner, soon as the ball is headed towards goal by the "Goalscorer" he becomes part of the move because of where he...

In line of sight or not...where he is standing makes him part of the play/move...Fabs attention is on him,so makes him interfering, and involved in the goal...thats the chance you take when you sit close to the goalie like that... Move the whole play forward Edge of 6 yard box say..he would be offsi...

Run of starts...couple wins, maybe couple assists or a goal maybe,we'd see a different player...guy has 30 England caps for crying out loud S**t he aint.. Been bloody unlucky results wise the minutes he's had more than 20 mins on pitch in....no one but no one could settle into a team with 20/25s here...
