Au contraire Rodney, there's far more varieties of brewing yeast than there is wine ( :swear: ) yeast, more hop and malt varieties than there are grape varieties and ultimately more styles of beer than there are styles of wine. I woke up at 4 am - then spent time on my laptop listening to some comedy on Youtube [ Stewart Lee ] , got cold so snuggled down again .....then this feeling of pure serenity came over me - no worries , no stress - felt...
