Re: Are our players as good as we think they are?

Rice is the only candidate for HOTY in my opinion. At an absolute push, maybe Ogbonna. I love Snodz and he's been a consistent performer (which is more can be said at most), but realistically he shouldn't be a regular in the side. (Well, in terms of quality anyway, maybe not in terms of effort and ...

Re: ⚽ Manchester City v West Ham United:Match thread (19/02)

That’s what I’d like to see, but I doubt it will be that. Reckon Moyes will go with Noble instead of Bowen. Don't see why he would. He dropped Noble before as he wanted 'more mobility' in the centre of the park. And he is a lot less mobile now than he was back then! Not only that, but he is no long...

According to Hammers News.....

West Ham predicted team to face Man City:

Fabianski, Fredericks, Diop, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Rice, Soucek, Snodgrass, Bowen, Antonio, Haller.

Re: 2019/2020 Relegation Thread

Absolutely and I'm not exactly seeing fantastic things from those around us either. If we can't get enough points from what we have left then we only have ourselves to blame. The Watford bounce has lost its, er, bounce, while Southampton look to be coming back into the mix, while even Palace are si...

Re: Are our players as good as we think they are?

I think Fredericks is probably in my running for player of the season, to be honest. Between him and Snodgrass for me at the moment. Fornals probably sticking his oar in at third. I also think Haller has shown a real uptick in his general play since the managerial change, and is starting to perform...

Re: 2019/2020 Relegation Thread

Tough to disagree or make a case against that Hammerman. We need a rousing result from somewhere to turn it around. Thought it was going to be Brighton after 45mins of that game. Alas, not to be. Has to come from somewhere, and has to come soon. We need Antonio fit and firing for 90mins in the cruc...

Re: Man City (Non-WHU)

Yes and Leicester also reportedly breached financial regulations in their promotion year but got away with it as they escaped relegation in 2016! If I recall correctly, King Power bid ridiculously over market value for various sponsorship deals. And there was a chain of offshore shell companies inv...

Re: Man City (Non-WHU)

I would love to see some of the big boys implicated in this!! Look at the clubs slinging mud at Man City. Real Madrid with their dodgy training ground flip, Barcelona and their special rights they get from LaLiga, Bayern's kit deal, AC Milan wanting Champions League football based on 'heritage' not...

It's complete b*llocks. Or in Batshitty's case, not quite...

Can anyone explain how that outcome was entirely different to Son's? And I'm no admirer of Son.
Bet Soucek or Noble gets a red there.

It’s getting to the stage I cannot take it any more. The game is blatantly rigged. I don’t even like Chelsea, but this is just farcical and corrupt.

What would you say is the difference?
Well There is a difference between having a joke at my own expense with an obviously hyperbolic statement and making a serious point! Given the lack of actual games at the moment there isn’t really much to actually debate!
