The European trips have been an absolute joy. Always extend the trip to 4-5 days and take in as much of the local culture and cuisine as possible. In Sevilla we enjoyed an afternoon on a Sangria tasting course and an evening of flamenco dancing. Bucharest offered the chance to travel to Transylvania...
