I've probably completed about 2sq/m. Anyway, I just used a grooved chipboard. It was actually pretty simple, and I ...

Re: Little things that irritate you

No, it does my head in too.

Especially self service checkouts in supermarkets that all now seem to be card only.

It's worse for when I'm trying to scroll through my bank statement and look for specific payments made/received and I'm having to wade through endless cups of coffee etc.

Re: Electric bike

Those electric scooters strike me as better.

I'm not really sure why an electric scooter is deemed illegal but an electric bike is fine?

Re: Little things that irritate you

Last night, in the space of about 20 minutes between leaving the pub in Barking and arriving home in Hornchurch, no fewer than 5 different people asked me for money. Granted, one of them was the bloke in the chicken shop wanting paying for my sumptious cuisine, but the other 4 were all beggars/homel...

I'd get one pointing to 5 o'clock, to remind me that it's always 5 o'clock somewhere in the world and that it's fine for me to start drinking at 8am. :)

The woman getting all uppity about a greeting card was the best one. https://scontent-lht6-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/70925847_1366620873506271_2948641854981144576_n.jpg?_nc_cat=108&_nc_oc=AQlA9_SXTNA6JlxEcqcndEKnTca0Zroy1cMTj76-Y9ye5PheA5fntuDz1qBN2gMj0Cw&_nc_ht=scontent-lht6-1.xx&oh=7985854dc22af8b28...

Liver, bacon & onions in gravy with bubble & squeak.

The best thing was the whole meal probably cost about £2.50.

Re: ⚽ Everton v West Ham United: Match Thread

We can argue about runners and missing antonio, but fundamentally they were carving through our midfield at will time after time. Did lanzini even touch the ball? Its great having quality technical players that can do intricate little passes, but you got to win the ball first. Many of us were concer...

The players need to be prepared to run their socks off for this one, or we’ll lose.

Re: Manuel Pellegrini West Ham United’s 17th manager

Woefully wrong in every aspect today.

Starting line up and subs all left a lot to be desired.

No Yarm, then bringing him on for Anderson, and not taking off the absent Lanzini.

Re: Rugby Union World Cup.

Great win for England. Always nice to thrash the aussies. Some great defending and we made australia look ordinary. Weve got better as the tournament has gone on which is good to see. Shame about Ireland, and ENG vs IRE semi would have been a great occasion, and I dont want to see the all blacks win...
