Re: Pablo Fornals

Fornals suffers the same fate as most of our players in that there seems to be no middle ground anymore. You either have to be the worst signing of all time or absolute mustard. The truth is he has been neither. He shows real promise, flitting in and out of games, works hard and can certainly pick ...

Re: Pablo Fornals

How much of that is the manager playing mind games with the players? He really motivated Haller and Bowen with his recent selections and comments. If he gets them all champing at the bit to get on the pitch, it really bodes well. Footy and performance levels is very much a matter of mentality as mu...

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

What's he said? It's the just the usual blowing of his own trumpet. Taking credit for finally doing things everyone could see needed doing weeks ago, coming out with nonsense justifications for things. If you fancy it.. https://www.football.london/west-ham-united-fc/every-word-david-moyes-said-1783...

Just like the Liverpool game, the crap he comes out with in post match interviews drives me round the bend. It's like Fat Sam all over again.

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions

I've often asked what was the logical endgame for them had the legal intervention not come and made them tenants instead of owners. David Sullivan in January 2010, the month he and Gold bought 50% of WH. I think quoted from an interview with Sky. "We don't want to buy (the Olympic Stadium), we...

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

Just watched his full post match interview. Moyes' reply to being asked about Soucek’s injury (or as close as I could get it).. “He’d picked up the injury just before half time, and it meant that he was struggling at half time. We sort of knew at half time that he was.. and I thought he’d been fabul...

Some very good performances to take heart from. Ngakia has to be nailed on. Soucek hopefully isn't too bad, though Moyes' post match comments didn't sound promising. Blew our chances with the Anderson/Haller swap and keeping Noble on for the full duration - again.
