The FA like, "Yes", men.
Moyes is more of a, "Feck No..!", Man.

The cheeky smirk on his face too.
I liked Sam tbh, not the football, but the man.
Had balls & he was exactly who needed at the time, imo.

Re: The Summer Transfer Thread 2024

Broja has played 47 mins for Fulham and they have now already had to pay an extra £4m because he cannot play 60% of games as agreed. Horrendous deal. That's mental. He's not playing because Muniz is playing really well & he's obviously not showing better in training. What eejit at Fulham honest...

The Russian police/FSB aren't treating these lads with kid gloves.
Their, "questioning", was vigorous to say the least looking at those pictures.

Re: The Summer Transfer Thread 2024

Cancelo is 29 years old. No thanks. Knowing the fact that both Vlad and Emerson will be 32 and 30 respectively by the end of the first month in the new season, it’s the last area of the squad we could do with more ageing players. The oldest I want any incoming fullback to be is 27. 28 at a push if ...

Re: The Summer Transfer Thread 2024

Be surprised if Moyes sticks with what he’s got at centre back. They’ve been pretty bad this year. Elsewhere, we are undoubtedly short on the wings, a starting striker, and there will be questions over the full backs, although both could just see backup replaced by backup. I hope they don’t kick th...

Re: Nottingham Forest Deducted 4 points

Sorry, Dave, but that kind of logic appears to me to be attractive solely to the bananas owners that Chelsea now have. Their support is reportedly in a mutinous mood and is unlikely to be too happy with 9-11th in the league, or a tour of Europe in the ECL. 4-6 point handicaps may not threaten releg...

Re: Nottingham Forest Deducted 4 points

That doesnt wash though mate, if you are talking about Chelsea specifically their whole model is based on Champions league football every season, you can't keep starting the league season in a defecit points wise and hope to get into CL by the end of the season. But yeah I agree (and said so on her...

Re: Nottingham Forest Deducted 4 points

If that’s the case they might as well not bother selling and just take the points. I think that’s what will start happening, Chelsea will happily start on -4 or -6 IMO Agreed, 4-6 point deductions aren't really a deterrent, especially when clubs know that they're going to be competing with promoted...

Re: The Summer Transfer Thread 2024

if, IF, Moyes is replaced/leaves, whatever, I could see Ings staying on. he can score goals in a different set up AND he's at least a home grown player. and we wouldn't get a lot for him money-wise. I'd keep him on... I personally think we should try to shift Ings but as I don't see anyone coming c...
