Re: Away Tickets Thread - Leverkusen S/O 51+ Pts
P1 is a sports and music ticket company and it is a advert - not sure what the big deal is.

Why would they get one to pass on? Doesn't make any sense.TommyHammer wrote: ↑Wed Mar 20, 2024 7:35 pm I think the club are daft to say Leverkusen tickets are digital before they even go on sale. You’ll get every man trying to get one now with the knowledge they can pass it on.

Re: UEFA Europa League 2023-24
For the CL QF draw, the English, German, and Spanish sides managed to avoid each other. Is that a coincidence or are 2 teams from the same league not able to compete with each other in the QFs? Does the same apply for EL?

Re: Israel
See that “Tommy Robinson” has posted on Twitter that West Ham United had ‘the best and largest representation at the far right march on the Cenotaph’ yesterday. ****ing embarrassing and a disgrace if you ask me. My great grandfather who fought and died at the Somme in WW1 would be sickened I’m sure...

Let's be honest, if you vote Conservative at the next election after their 13 years in office, you must need your head examined.

Re: Israel
For some, they no doubt are. However, acting the twat in a country thousands of miles away will have about as much impact on Israeli policy as a couple of no mark Labour councilors resigning over Starmer's stance will have, which is basically zero. Others are there for more sinister reasons...........

Not an issue - not sure why the government and media are whipping it up that there is going to be a riot. The protests are about peace after all.Danny's Dyer Acting wrote: ↑Tue Nov 07, 2023 12:18 pm 12:45pm on Saturday. Hyde Park to the US Embassy.

Re: Israel
Isn't the protest set to take place from midday? I don't see what the issue is.
Of course, if the government are going to dress it up that trouble is going to happen then it is no wonder it is going to get negative opinions.

Re: Mayor of London 2024
I come from Stepney. I lived and/or worked all over the east end for most of the first 40 years of my life, still a regular visitor for ten after that. My in laws still live in Hackney. I have never , at any point, seen the place look as shitty as it did on Sunday. Perhaps to answer your question t...

East - but that's enough about me. You lived there for a short while, which infers you're not from there originally and you don't live there now. Am I right? Lived in Hackney Road for 12 years from 2005 to 2017 - roughly a quarter of my lifetime so yeah, lived there long enough to have an opinion o...

Re: Mayor of London 2024
Out on the central line. If you think that places like Bethnal Green and Hackney never had kids museums, York Hall, markets, bars and pubs , you're just revealing how little you know. West? East? On the Central Line? On the tracks? I didn't say it didn't have museums, bars, pubs back in the day - w...

Re: Mayor of London 2024
You mean the Children's Museum that's been there for donkey's years - you'd have to be a visiting tourist with the memory of a millenial to think there hadn't always been places like it and the Geffrye. Markets? Yeah mate, I'm sure Club Row, Columbia Road never existed . That place wasn't covered i...

Re: Mayor of London 2024

Never ending stream of graffiti all along Cambridge Heath Road on almost every building - looks worse than it probably has any time since the Second World War. Starting to look like on...

My point is valid - not a good week to be pointing the finger at females where football is concerned.HammerMan2004 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 06, 2023 12:47 pm Well technically, yes it is. Because you wanted to restrict an entire gender ("male species") because of the men who made mistakes.
But see how easy it is to say the wrong thing?

Is it prejudicial? I'm also male.HammerMan2004 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 06, 2023 12:41 pm Bit prejudicial, dare I say, sexist, to group all men together because of those responsible for the VAR mistakes?
