Re: Your top three free kicks

I liked Payet vs Man United in the cup, the sound as it hits the stanchion - beating the best goalie in the world (at the time) from the distance.

I was in thr crowd for the one vs Palace, and it just defied logic.

I’m so pleased for Rennes, they’re my French team as my colleague follows them, he was there tonight with his Rennes scarf and West Ham hat !

Re: "It was the best month of my life" (non WHU)

Do you think he is smart enough to think "was it all worth it" ? - that cut is horrific and I'd advise people taking a look. That's something he's going to have to carry for the rest of his life, but more so I hope the person who done that is suffering remorse and guilt for it.

How will history judge him as a West Ham player? Frequently injured, often unplayable, a few crackers?

Re: New Tottenham stadium (non-WHU)

That stadium is first class, and I don't mind saying it.Its exactly what you want from a stadium. Can't wait to visit it for the egg chasing when Harlequins play Saracens. Again, show's our lack of ambition - but to tbh, I don't mind fighting in the trenches with 'wall

Re: The abandoned march: one year on

IMO Noble's reputation is tarnished for what he did - but his reaction could probably be explained in the context of his team going 1-0 down. I was there that day, and was very close to where Bubbles entered the pitch, I have to say I saluted him - although the reaction of people around me was mixed...

Re: ⚽ Manchester City v West Ham Utd: match thread (27/02)

Just looking at City playing and creating so many chances....how much of that is Pep's influence or the players themselves. There's such a gulf in class.

Re: The abandoned march: one year on

If the money donated for the march, yes march (because thats what 99.9% of people thought they were donating for) is still unaccounted for then that is extremely worrying and should probably warrant a criminal investigation. A lot of smoke and mirrors here, or should that be razzel dazzle.

Re: The abandoned march: one year on

This is by no means meant to be heartless but I donated (a small amount) to fund an anti board march, if I wanted to donate money to a poorly child I would have done so. The fact that the money was originally intended for a march makes it all the more confusing why the tone suddenly changed and all ...

It will still look like an absolute dogs dinner - why they never considered this before moving in....the supporters were never going to be happy with the current set up.

Never seen the fascination with Batishyui , personally I think he’s dog poo. If he can’t score in a team with Hazard et al, what’s he going to do here?

Re: Reece Oxford what next ?

It's strange isn't it, why he has not pushed on since his debut against Arsenal (who he has been linked to recently). I often wonder what goes on in a players head why they can't knuckle down and take their chance. Perhaps there is more to it.

Re: Grady Diangana

The question needs to be "does he look out of place among his peers" - the answer is no, if anything he looks better. I think we have a real gem on our hands and hope he can push on to be a regular starter. Special mention to Rice who looks like he will go all the way to the top (not with us obvious...
