No reaction from historic home thrashing.
It's over. Get him out. Thanks for the great memories but he's done. Players look like they agree too.
Cancel Phillips loan too. I'd rather be using Orford, Earthy or Kelly.

Re: West Ham United FC Vs Arsenal FC Match thread
They aren't. Most teams defend corners with three or four of their better headers of the ball zonal marking around the six yard box. You then either go man to man or zonal for the rest of the box. The arsenal system was designed to overload one of those zones but by standing outside it, it wasn't o...

Re: West Ham United FC Vs Arsenal FC Match thread
I watched MOTD2 because I wanted to see just what went wrong because for 20 minutes we looked comfortable then fell apart. The first takeaway is we conceded 2 crucial goals from set pieces. The forst we didn't defend a corner at the back post, the third goal Johnson breaks the defensive line and pl...

Re: West Ham United FC Vs Arsenal FC Match thread
There's one positive from today - I'm already home and it's not even dark yet. I decided not to leave at half time, but did leave as soon as the 5th went in. That's the first time I've left a game early in over 40 odd years of supporting. Thankfully that meant I didn't see the Declan goal. i couldn...

First time in nearly 60 years a hammer i left after 60 minutes, couldnt take any more of it.Im done with Moyes now, thats his team and squad ,if thats the best the players and management can serve up then were on the slide down the league.Zoumas not good enough and certainly not captain,he cant pass o...

Shame to admite it but your right, im starting to think less of Zouma as the matches go by,not sure he merits aplace in the team,as our captain,no.EastleighHammer16 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 04, 2024 12:57 pm As expected Zouma and Soucek both play. Just don't see anything other than a routine win for them.

What a load of ...... that was last night. 10 days to prepare for that and we get JW on the left,Tommy playing as a number 10,and an under prepared Phillips! Moyes said we looked leggy.! shot on target in the first half,1 in the second, the penalty.Areolo kept us in it, we were out played,a waste of ...

Re: January transfer window
Now the transfers have been confirmed we can definitely say our squad has got weaker this month. Kehrer, Benny and Pablo out . Phillips (loan) in . I didn't expect to improve as much as we should have but I sure as **** didn't expect us to get weaker ! Couldnt agree more, a real opportunity missed,...

Re: Ben Johnson
Definitely shouldn’t be sold. The sort of versatile player that a club needs. And his sub performance at Bristol & Sheffield suggest a possible new role in midfield. I was impressed with both. Couldnt agree more, give him a new contract, hes one of our own and hes versatile.I dont know what Moye...
