Re: West Ham in the community

Fantastic stuff NI, you should be congratulated. For clarification can you tell us exactly where Endeavour square actually is please? Google maps gets confused. The QE Park information hut is on Endeavour Sqaure so might be near there. If you come out the Cow exit through Westfield it's the walkway...

It was on The Debate on Sky Sports. There was discussion on it at the time, here and generally.

Re: Manuel Pellegrini West Ham United’s 17th manager

The accounts will only be as at the end of the financial year that could be a year ago. If the club want to prepare a set of interim accounts showing the current position everyone will be better informed as to whether the club has debt problems or not or if we are just been spun the usual BS by the ...

Fabianski joined on 20th June 2018, those negotiations to sign Roberto must have been extremely brief.

82 is not really that old in this day and age, I've met many people in their 80s who are perfectly fit and able but as with David Sullivan he's not wearing well.

Re: Not so Super Mario

Peak Sullivan.

I don't believe the crap about Roberto being the chosen one instead of Fabianski, who was signed very early in the window.

Saying that, Roberto is the type of signing that will leave whoever was responsible in a very precarious position.

Whats he got left on his contract 1.5yrs ?

Can't see them paying him off, they kept Grant until it was as cheap as possible to get shot of him
I don't think the cost of relegation could be termed as cheap, although Brady saved 20p on fuel by having the team coach return one person lighter.

Re: Manuel Pellegrini West Ham United’s 17th manager

And yet when I politely expressed the opinion that Pelligrini should be given time to sort it, I was called a troll and you supported that. Oh dear, what a shame, never mind. BTW suggesting Pellegrini be given more time was not the reason you were called a troll. It was the reasons you were p...

I'm sure a 15 metre high mural of Glenn and his good lady romping in a jungle setting will enhance the area.

Re: David Sullivan - Has he taken us as far as he can ?

Being adept at milking a business and asset stripping does not make an owner good at running a football club.

So yes, Sullivan is a mug when it comes to footballing matters.

Re: Albian Ajeti...Welcome to The Hammers.

How many managers do you think would give the go ahead to sell a proven PL striker after the window had closed having already shipped out our leading goal scorer, two other strikers and after Antonio had suffered a long term injury ? Of course our striker position is a nonsense because the person re...

Re: Albian Ajeti...Welcome to The Hammers.

Ajeti wasn't signed to be 2nd striker, he was a punt based on some decent performances. Instead of getting time to feel his way in he's now being expected to come on and become a PL level striker which he isn't at present. No way to recruit and improve players.

I can't stand the owners / Brady but if they do do something I think is worthy of credit I will acknowledge it, I'm not going to ignore it just because it goes against my over riding view of them.
