Another ticketing issue at a final.

Now if we could only find a common denominator with these incidents.

Re: Quiz Thread

Saw this in a paper's sports section this morning, so thought you lot might be interested in a question based on it. Can you name two Englishmen who retired with 3 European Cup medals, but not one single cap for their country? Micro-clue: One of them actually played in all three EC finals, but the ...

I hope Man City win

I hate Liverpool

I hate Arsenal even more now, so I could just about take a Liverpool win as it would mean those South London mugs win f'all again

Re: England Cricket 2024

Does anyone know why most of the stadium is empty? We could get a bigger crowd for a pre-season friendly, whilst it’s not like India are exactly short on people! Was speaking to an Indian guy I know through my daughters nursery about this the other day. He moved here from India about 7 years ago. H...

Yeah BOOOOO!!! I hope for your sake they make some kind of lower-body straitjacket so you don't hurt yourself with that jerking knee of yours. He should av smashed someone, like Coufal the other week or Benrhama the week before. Where were they tonight by the way? Just saying what I saw mate, Benra...

Re: ✍ Kalvin Phillips

Shocking. Didn’t do anything to make up for his early mistake. Go and smash someone, chase a lost cause to make it look like you care a bit. Give us something to say, yeah he ****ed up but he has something about him. All I saw tonight was a player that made a mistake then went hiding. Hope I’m wrong...

Re: ✍ Welcome to West Ham, Said Benrahma

Dreadful player, rubbish pro, cannot wait to see the back of him. He's played well about half a dozen times for us. Just get rid of him. My thoughts exactly.... FIFA generation player, does a load of stepovers and the kids think he's a 'baller'. He's not, he hardly ever makes the right decision, cr...

Re: Bristol City v West Ham United :Replay match thread

Would be nice wouldn’t it. His direct free kicks, so far, have been total sh*te I would say he's only had 2 where he could realistically score from. Teams are scared of it so are staying on their feet in and around their own box to make sure he doesn't get the chance. Bit like when Andy Carroll pla...

Legend We played at Brighton a few years back on a Friday night (lost 1-0 to a Glenn F'ing Murray goal), we stayed overnight and on the Saturday morning to cure the hangover we stumbled into a 1950's style American Diner for Breakfast, it was empty apart from 2 guys sitting at a table, Steve Davis ...

Benrahma can now be filed as perfect for Palace, lots of tricks that they will love, no real end product and runs about a bit. 100% Palace player.

How do we get him there?

I'll be travelling Wednesday night. Can anyone recommend a pub to watch it in near Wapping/Tower Bridge? If you want a traditional boozer in Wapping showing sports try Turner's Old Star on Watts Street, or if you want an American Sports Bar type, try the Moretown Belle near the Waitrose on Thomas M...

Re: West Ham United v Wolverhampton Wanderers: match thread

When at the ground yesterday I was wondering how our 1st went in, as it wasn't exactly in the corner and thought the keeper could have done better. Now seeing the replays you can see just as Mo takes his shot, their keeper goes to set and push off of his left foot but slips, meaning he had no spring...

We lost 3-1 up there on New Year's Day around the turn of the century. Kanoute scored for us and Stuart Pearce got an own goal for them, technically meaning we scored 2 goals, 1 of them in the wrong net I give you.

Are people still claiming Fab was at fault for the first goal? All the commentary team said it was perfectly placed. No keeper is getting that from the correct central position in the goal. We talk about referees not having played the game, I'll bet all the critics haven't played in goal. Physicall...

Apparently it's a cup final, so they'll bottle it. It's the game their fans say they aren't bothered about. If they win, the Holsten Pils shirts come out of their drawers and they remind you every time you see them for the next 6 months. If they lose, the Holsten Pils shirts stay in the drawers and ...
