Re: Did anyone on here see Hurst, Peters and Moore play for WH?
I saw the three of them play together for West Ham, and regard myself as being so very privileged to have done so. We all know how great a player and captain Mooro was, and also the scoring prowess of Hurst, but Peters was the most complete footballer of the three. He played in every position for th...

Re: The Olympic Stadium: Poll V
How far away from the touchline is your current seat at the Boleyn ? Compare that to where your seat would be using the same distance, (approx I know ) , in the OS. My guess is , even allowing for retractable seating, your seat will be in a far lower position than what your Boleyn seat is. Also , if...

Re: Summer 2012 Transfer and Rumours Thread
Sorry UTJ but have to say that i think you're wrong on this. I had season ticket for 6-7 years, i've been to many other clubs games as well and TV is much better for judging a players ability. Sorry IAL, can't agree with that. Watching a game on tv has it's limitations. You can only see what camera...

Not a fan of Martin Peters then ? He played in every position for us, from goalkeeper to outside left. :raver:

Re: Leeds United v West Ham United: Match Thread
Most people are looking at the Saints result without realising they got 2 pens in the last 6 minutes. Very fortunate indeed - they aren't playing well at the moment. Getting the results, but not the shoe in to finish above us that a lot think Penalties do come from applying pressure in the box. Don...

Re: The Olympic Stadium: Poll IV
I'll stick my neck out and forecast average attendences in season 1 at the OS would be not less than 52,000 [/color].More , if they actually spend enough to make it suitable for football .If this poll asked the question " would you refuse to go and watch West Ham at the OS ?" there wouldn...

Re: West Ham Utd v Millwall: match thread
I have absolutely no idea how anyone can defend Nolan's tackle. Strait red every day of the week. Guy's a f***ing dickhead for jumping in like hat, the ref may be a cock, but he had no choice whatsoever. Exactly. All clubs have received a letter from the FA stating that ALL two footed tackles will ...

Don't agree. We got relegated because we had a piss poor manager.

KB can be so annoying . So she reckons West Ham could easily fill a 60,000 stadium. Oh yeah ? Sometimes she really gets on my tits. Having said that, I wouldn't mind getting on hers.
