Glad you enjoyed it. Not anti German or Belgian beers at all either. They’re one of the 3 masters

Re: David Martin

My point is, when a keeper takes those sort of strikes cleanly, with arms and legs securely wrapped round the ball as they should, it immediately sends out a signal to your defenders, I'm in control here and it also sends out a message to the other team, it is going to take something a little bit s...

Re: David Martin

Yes puff. It wasn’t a faultless performance, but it was a decent one. It was also noticeable that having him between the posts also gave not only the fans, but the team a boost. At Bournemouth when fab went off the whole mood of the club dropped. Players immediately showed nerves, the travelling supp...

Re: Who Next? The odds

What not one single suggestion since the Chelsea game? (oh, and Bournemouth lost again today and are on 16 points the same as us) I’m still not anti-Pellers. Never have been. As for Howe. I’m not entirely convinced. What he’s done at Bournemouth is exceptional but there’s loads of question po...

Re: If You Like Beer and Bands ...

Excellent stuff.

I’m probably more of the craft beer ****er spectrum in terms of beers I enjoy most but these are good viewing.

Just a few beers you could possibly review Elvis Juice, Old Tom, Bengal Lancer, human cannonball, pogo and anything by Aegir Bryggeri

Re: Beer/Lager Thread

I'm going to bin Beer52 off. I did a 3 month freeze in the summer/autumn, and they've dropped my subscription to £23 for 10 beers a month, but the standard has very much dropped from last summer. Far too many crappy milkshake IPA and funky flavours. I've had a few that were that bad I poured them d...

Re: West Ham United v Tottenham Hotspur: Match Thread 23/11/2019

Another thought occurred to me last night and just have to get it off my chest. Did anyone feel Son's antics very distasteful? Cracking player but when he did the writhing around in agony, followed by the instantaneous miracle recovery, it left a bitter taste in the mouth. More so than normal. Beari...

Re: Beer/Lager Thread

I’ve ordered a Canvent calender from Flavourly. Toying with giving the Beer52 the tin tack too. I’m more inclined to order directly with breweries in the future. Maybe get the odd mixed case from one of the beer sites every now and then. I’ve tried far too many beers than is healthy. I’ve got my go ...
