Does someone who has 1 British parent make them more British than someone with no British parents but is born in Britain? I am thinking Lennox Lewis. Born before 2006, both qualified for a British passport so equally British in the eyes of the law, since then either at least one of your parents has...

His father was born in Britain and represented England at Hockey as a teenager, his mother was born in Kenya of British parents and held a British passport, so like it or not his parents and grandparents were British.
