Sounded sad upon the radio
Moved a million hearts in mono

Re: Legal Advice

I was in an electric car, and am fairly sure the engine was off and I was in park mode though? Honestly, I'm staggered that I can be prosecuted off the back of some idiots mobile phone footage, that totally paints the wrong picture :angryred: Sorry, but the law applies when user of phone is 1. Re: What Are You Listening To Right Now

I occasionally have a 'day of' a band or artist, where, if I am travelling around, I shuffle one of them and listen to bits of all the stuff I've got on the iPod.

Tom Waits today.

Will have to add one or two of his efforts to the lyrics thread, when the time is right... :newthumb:

Seriously, is pretending to support us really worth the bother?

He's just enjoying all the squawking he's causing.

Re: ⚽ West Ham Utd v Leeds Utd: match thread

That's not what people would have said if they beat us in the Cup. No way of knowing how that game ends if he didn't play, he did set up the goal at the end to seal the game. If we'd lost a harum scarum 2-3 to Leeds in the cup, but beaten them in the league match, I would have been happier, persona...

Massive game with the like of Wolves, Palace, Leicester catching us.
Man Utd are a shambles and the manager looks lost.
Head says Man Utd win by 2 goals, heart says West Ham.
Palace catching us.

Re: Legal Advice

Bad news, Chalks, I am afraid; the law is that you must not USE a mobile telephone when the engine of your car is running, unless you have it properly set up on 'hands free' equipment. As a result of most people using it by holding it, there is a common misconception that a person is only guilty if ...

Re: ⚽ Manchester Utd vs West Ham Utd: match thread

My worry is Ronaldo's movement, if he gets any service I fully expect our defence to present him with a couple of chances. (A side note, Ronaldo is no where near as slow as people make out. He's just a lot slower than he was in his prime which was nigh on an Olympic sprinter. None of our likely sta...

Roasted brussels with tiny cubes of chorizo last evening.

Would like your soup recipe, if you can be bothered to post it (or a link)?

Re: Are these figures correct?

Me three, though I didn't dream I was pissed (I don't often remember my dreams) though more chance to dream would be nice, unlike S-H my sleep as been very poor and broken for a while. No booze though since the 30th and going strong, no ready meals or pizza either, my biggest sin this year has been...

Right - I think...

Alf's ex is right; it tenderises in milk and tastes even better (might be the lactic acid).
