Appraisals.

The single most pointless tick box exercise.
Absolutely. I had a deal with my old boss that neither of us cared about it so copied and pasted stuff from the previous year.

Mentioned it to the new boss. Stupid **** has might a massive deal out of it

He deserves to be beaten with every stick there is, and you should be able to see that he is responsible for all of it. The whole thing. This is what he has built.

If Sullivan had told pellegrini no it would have been used against him, he didn't and that is also now used against him. What should he have done with that or when allardyce insisted he wanted Carroll.

There's also the £5.5m per year upgrades to the facilities.

It's interesting that it's the same amount each season.

Who have they contracted to carry out these improvements?

But strange of Moyes to stick with Lanzini through his utterly useless displays at the expense of Fornals, only for Lanzini to be sold in the window.

I would sell him for sure. Wouldn’t get more than £10m for him though.
He wouldn't necessarily get any input into the decision

Not read this but have highlights here https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51277627 Its down to Roberto being recruited I like how Mr Stone writes the following: Sullivan says in 2018-19, £107.9m was spent on transfer fees , whilst the first-team squad and management accounted for wages of £135.8m...

Who would or in fact could we ever sign under those circumstances?
The type of players that sign for clubs like Bournemouth, Burnley, even Leicester. Players that have been scouted and are hungry to prove themselves.

And we aren't many players first choice option, so they hold out till late hoping a preferable club comes in.
Then they aren't the correct players. If a player doesn't want to be here, that's reason number 1 not to sign them.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Every year, in every transfer window, many of us suggest that the club ought to be getting transfers over the line as close to the opening of the windows as possible. Every year, in every transfer window, many other fans suggest that the window is long and that there is plenty of time to get things ...

If they do want to sell up soon, they need the fans more onside than they currently are.

Protesting fans are likely to scare off many buyers.

Re: Protests against the board being planned

Speeding things up a bit here now - If the Owners say ' Ok , Guys , we get it , let's talk ' . What then ? Do we want them out or do we want them to change ? If the answer is ' Out ' then who is going to buy a Football Club that doesn't own its own stadium ? We're going to have to wait until G&S do...

Or they could do something really radical, like not go on summer tours to Asia and the US. How long will it be until this 'winter break' is used as an opportunity for more moneymaking friendlies abroad?
Too right Gothenburg.
