Re: Little things that irritate you

He should do what I do,heat up some soup and fill the hot water bottle with it,then when it cools down a bit you’ve got a meal ready to go. We’ve had a car on order since August so I’ve not washed the one we’re trading in for it since then,on Wednesday I got the jetwash out and cleaned two cars…wit...

Re: ⚽ Crystal Palace vs West Ham Utd: match thread

I was going to post at half time but thought I’d sound like a broken record so held off but I’ll say it again, our rearguard needs a bit more composure. Our “out” ball is invariable a Fab hoof upfield to nobody. I counted at least 6 times where the ball ended back in the Palace midfield and they ran...

Watford keeper tipped a decent shot into the bar today also. Might have been a cracking goal otherwise.

Cuenca

If you have already try and watch “passion for angling” and “catching the impossible”, superb angling programmes.
On YouTube, the ESP and Sticky Baits films are quite well made.

Ultimately, remember, there’s 600 of them and 65 million of us. Problem could be solved easily if there was the will.

Re: Coronavirus

Hey, just found Ferguson's quote of today: “If you have enough cases per day, the resulting number of hospitalisations we think could still pose potentially major challenges for any health system,” Ferguson added. Let's break that gobsh*tes words down. “ If you have enough cases per day, the result...

Re: Coronavirus

Amazing, 90,000 cases today but 300,000 more tests than the day before. 1.6 million tests. Jeez, how much is all this costing?

Arsenal are Man Ciry lite.
Snidey ****'s, Lacazette went down like a sack of spuds holding his ugly mug, Dawson should smash the **** in the tunnel.
Hate losing but hate losing to cheats even more.
Doesn’t really help that we were a bit rubbish and lacking any kind of creativity going forward.

Re: Coronavirus

Possibly, but what’s irritated me throughout this pandemic is the numbers have never been given any context. For example, the other day I read that there were 10 people in hospital between the ages of 18 and 82 (or something like that, can’t remember exactly right now). Given that there were only 10...

Re: Coronavirus

How many tests are being carried out at the moment? There’s been a big jump in “cases” but is this related to a huge number of tests being carried out also? Stands to reason that if you test more people then you’ll find more cases and I’m guessing you’re more likely to get a test if you think you mi...

Re: Michail Antonio

Here’s a plan I dreamt about the other night, Bowen was playing through the middle and Arfur was wide front right causing mayhem, cutting inside like a young Yarmalenko to unleash some left footed thunderbastards into the top corner.
Then I woke up in a cold sweat

Re: Coronavirus

I believe this might be where the 300% increase number have come from. Seems daft to compare the UK to SA. Vaguely similar in population give or take 10 million but apart from that, there’s no similarity whatsoever. https://sacoronavirus.co.za/2021/12/03/remarks-by-minister-of-health-dr-joe-phaahla-...
