Re: ⚽ Manchester City v West Ham United: Match thread (09/02)

Since 2016/17 season our aggregate score against City, including this season's opening game is 23 - 3 in their favour and we haven't scored against them since April 2018. It's fair to say that they like playing us.

Re: ⚽ Manchester City v West Ham United: Match thread (09/02)

It really would be so very West Ham to go up there and pull off a shock 1-0 win. It would certainly go a long way for making up for the disappointment of Brighton. Of course, in the real world there is more chance of Julia Roberts going down on me. I just hope we don't roll over for them, I can acce...

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

Still. I do honestly think Moyes will be alright for us in the Championship, after we get rid of Anderson/Haller/Diop/Lanzini/Rice, we will easily have enough money to sign some good Championship players and hopefully tear it up next year and have some fun for once. I don't see us tearing it up in ...

Re: Mark Noble - West Ham Legend

Maybe, not in the same breath as those players mentioned, but I can certainly see myself saying what a great player he was. Not the most skilful certainly, but someone who has given everything he has to the club he supports. Sadly he is rapidly approaching the end of his playing career now. Hopefull...

Re: 2019/2020 Relegation Thread

Be glad to go. Just to see the three c*nts try to spin it. I won't be happy to see us back in the Championship again. It won't speed up the departure of GSB and having relied on play off wins to get up the last two times, I can see us being down there for a good few years this time. Clubs will stil...

Re: West Ham Utd v Brighton and Hove Albion match thread

It's funny how different things can look when you're at the game compared to watching on TV. Yesterday from the Bobby Moore Stand, Murray's equaliser looked all over a clear handball, even more so when they showed the replay on the big screens. However, in the cold light of day watching MOTD this mo...

Re: West Ham Utd v Brighton and Hove Albion match thread

Not had the benefit of a second view of Murray's goal, from the other end of the stadium it looked blatant handball. Doesn't matter though does it, it's done now rightly or wrongly. We gifted two goals and our fragile confidence just crumbled. We were comfortable at 2-0 and 3-1 and ended up hanging ...

Know little about him but watched some clips of his goals and if he can make the step up to the Premier League, then we may well have done very well with this deal.

Re: West Ham Utd v Brighton and Hove Albion match thread

This one will be remembered as the straw that broke the camels back. I hope not, I will be traveling down on the overnight National Express from Dundee for this. It will only be my second game of the season and currently my success rate is 100% - the previous game being Man Utd back in September. A...
